(The following is a message from a VR member regarding the possible summonings of entities)



In preparation, it's always best to summon these spirits on a full moon and not a new moon. I believe it is connected to the ancients ways of doing this. Also the best way to go about 'preperation to summon them isn't very easy but it is highly effective. I always crafted in the karmic ways of three or Triplicity. When Kostantinos wrote that it was best to connect to the dark ether by doing such things as 'calming your nerves' with mind altering chemicals or substances (one's that did not take away from your focus but enhanced them) and he also suggested to take ice cold baths within the darkness. When you do this you can almost feel your physical body forcing in a spiritual one (be it Nyx or her son Hypnos) while whispering your written words.



Yes, you should have a few lines ready to recite in the cold darkness (even while shivering, i know - pain in the ass) while you bathe in that ice water. The words do not have to rhyme though I always made them rhyme to delight the god's or goddesses (as the ancients did as a way to charm them and have them become partial to your desire - even in words).



So a few simple lines will do such as:



"Nyx of the darkness

Nyx of ether so Dark

I summon thee into my body

Showing you my desired outcome, exactly...



Hypnos of rest and slumber

With all respect I have called upon your mother

I summon thee into my body

Following my ancient blood's history



I call upon thee

past the hour of three

A favor worthy of my scheme

And together we wont rest until that's exatley what is deemed!"



Of course, the fewer lines you use to recite in this bath of cold ice water, is always easier and just get creative with it, write what makes you comfortable as you know you're about to enter a very physically trying time. Not only are you preparing for your ritual to summon them....but you are not letting them go. Here's how it works after the dark ice cold bath.



You must have safety lights in another room of your home or apartment, such as a single black or white candle burning in a fire proof container. If this ritual is to be done in.....lets say.....a single bedroom solitary, then make sure you have that saftey light candle in the fireproof container burning in a cleared space on top of a shelf (I'll explain why towards the bottom of this message). Ideally, you should have sea salt or kosher salt handy too, as you will want to take hand fulls and line every single door, window, enterence or exit in your home, apartment or room. No sense in going through ALL of this just to let some whacky elemental fuck with the whole vibe if yanno what I mean. The salt barrier's keep your enteties IN and the pesky elementals, ghosts, wandering or curious spirits OUT. Now....here is where it gets kinda weird, so please bear with me (alot of practioners cant wrap their minds around what Im about to lay out for you as we return to the theory of 'Psychodrama', 'Dark Ether' and opening 'forbidden tombes'. REST ASSURE, These practices are not dark/evil. They are just dark. I highly suggest getting your hands on a copy of Kostantinos Nocturnicon. Thus so far, he's been the only dark pagan that has taught what truly works without getting into evil territory. Dark, yes....VERY SCARY dark....BUT NOT EVIL.



So here is more on how to prepare for all this dark ether, pschodrama and a few other handy tips.



WHAT TO PREPARE FIRST:



I would sit with a pen and pad of paper and relax in the dim of the dark, perhaps on a patio with a few candles before you as you think and write about what your lines will be for your ice cold bath preperation. Remember to be specific and also be VERY respectful. This is definatley a case of 'choose your weapon wisely' when it comes to your words Adam. So even if it takes a few days, make sure that the lines you want suit your needs as well as your personal level of comfort.



Once you have your lines written fold them away and set up your altar space with only three candles. Black candles (especially votives) work best. Make sure you line your doors, windows and other spaces that allow air to move in and out of your space. Once you have set up your altar and lines in salt, you are ready to use whatever chemical, liquid or substance that calms your nerves (but NOT to calm too much). You are now ready to prepare your ice bath. Simply fill the tub with the coldest the faucet will get and even drop handfulls of ice within it. Make sure the bathing room is dark and that the only light you could maybe see is the light coming from lets say....underneath the bathing room door. Recite your lines until your shivering becomes controllable and push your endurance......because here's where it gets tricky, you are NOT just summoning these spirits, you will be taking them into you WHILE you spellcraft. It's not easy, you will feel almost jittery but it is exhilerating too. Return to your set up alter and dont be afraid to use aids such as photos, music that gets you in the dark mood. It doesnt matter what type of music as long as it brings out the more primal side of you. When you feel the entities within you DO NOT BE AFRAID that they wont leave your body, in fact....they flee from your body once you have ended your ritual and closed the gates of North South East and West.



While these beings take a little stay in you and you are at your alter, you must really focus on what you want your desired outcome to be. These entites are in you, now use that to your advantage.



YOU WILL BE SURPRISED with how effective their help is to you as well as how FAST the spells work. If you are unclear on any of these preperations or have anymore questions, please write me and i'll get back to you ASAP! I also suggest trying to just see how you do with the recited lines and the ice bath (like a test run) before actually calling them into you. Once you feel comfortable enough past that part.....it's smooth sailing from there.



But yes, I highly reccomend you get a copy of Konstantinos Nocturnicon and do some reading on his teachings about the dark ice bathing ritual as well as crafting while they are summoned to be inside of you WHILE you spellcraft.
