Well, it's been a few months, so I figured it was time for another update. First and foremost, Scarlett is now home and doing well (she was released from the hospital in October after spending about a month there), although she has to go for her second surgery next month. Hopefully, all of her medical issues will then be over and done with.



Work cut my hours for the second time about a month ago, which has put me in somewhat of a financial strain, so much so that I can't afford to get a crown I need for one of my teeth following a deep root canal last year. So, I'm going to be going for a half-assed patch job in January and hope that holds out until I can afford the crown. That is, unless I can find a part-time job (or a different full-time one altogether) to replace the hours I've lost before then (although I'm not exactly counting on it, as I've put out about 50-60 resumes out over the past few weeks, but have found nothing). I did apply at the public and Catholic school boards in the region, so I'm really hoping one of those jobs pans out, as I think either would be a Hell of a lot better than what I'm doing now. But, we'll see what happens.

Wow...she's finally home! *does the happy shimmy* Thats awsome Unkie and know that all of my hopes, thoughts and prayers are with you and yours :)

Sorry about the financial strain (feeling it hardcore here too). Something's gotta give....and fast.
