Well i guess the day pass excuse wasn't good enough for my boss. She's history! Let go....due to her unavailability...heheheheh.

I've heard of stupid excusess before but this one I have to write about....



I've said before that i'm trying to fire someone? That someone didn't show up for her shift friday night.I though we finally have her gone.Nope! Her reason for not calling or being there is that she's been admitted to the hospital for a few weeks and can't alway get a day pass, but she's been home to check on things......So why hasn't she called about her shift? Too busy trying to get well and doesn't know when she can get back to work. Maybe in a few more weeks..... So I asked if need be can she provide a Dr."s note to the fact of her absntness... Well maybe she replied I don't if i can get a pass.....



For those who aren't familiar with cases like this..... she's in a pshyco ward!!! Now that's icing on the cake eh Nic?

Nicnivian: Not only is it Icing on the cake starr ... but she does INDEED haveto provide you with a doctor's note for her absence... she has STATED she's in the hospital and those were her OWN words therefore she is now OBLIGATED to provide you with a note!

Well it's been a night.Drinking alot...i mean a lot for me.My husband think I don't trust him. My best friend thinks I need to drop shit. And no one understands my point o f view. Alone ...that's what I feel. I don't know what to think any more....except thre words...leave me alone....



I can't sleep...I feel unwanted, un desired and I have to get up in less than 6 hours....What did I do? she's interfeering again and nobody see's it.



Drunkin words bye me....alone.....the couch seems good right now..does nobody see it from my point of view?

We've been trying to fire this girl at work for about 7 months now, but we have to be really careful how we do it.She's so stupid.Won't follow any directions from anybody, rude to the staff. We've dwindled her shifts down to 1 - 3 hour shift a month cause we don't know what to do.She been sent home several times for not compling with dress code.....come on chick wear a bra!She can put out stock and if she tries It takes her the whole time for a bin of hair claws!She's been banned from the till cause she can't remember how to use it and theres been money missing.No proof of who took it tho..but money only went missing when she was working. 3 write ups and your fired ...that's how it's supposed to go anyways...This girls had 4...holy shit hunny...fuck off and get another job!

trying to waste time today, cleaning house before the clone comes home.Starting to go a little stir crazy, maybe missing work a bit, but I know the girls are holding down the fort and doing well.I don't know if I should be grieving or not, but I seem to be ok with the shit that's been going on.I think everyone expects me to break down or something and I'm not.I've come to terms with reality and the choices I've made.And I feel more sound of mind now than I have in the past.My heart mourns of course for the loss, but why grieve over something that I couldn't controll.The fates have decided otherwise.

Well I really don't know what to say about the last 24 hours. It was an emotional rollercoaster,and probally the hardest thing I've gone through yet.With my husband by my side and friends real close I managed to get through the next change in my life.It was an odd experience last night, something I'll never experience agin I hope.We're all well and trying to cope with the next chapter.Good-bye little angel may you live in the next world, and let your spirit be free.

It was one of those wierd days at work again....

A young girl about 18 or so came in my store looking at earings.not a big deal we sell them.She was holding them up in the mirror looking to buy them I thought, but instead she was trying to put then in her ears.( That's a big health violation here) I very nicely told her ..hun you can't do that. She responded back " I can do what I want, I'm royalty!" Me of course said It doesn't matter who you are you can't do that due to health regulations.Again she spoke"Don't speak to me like that I'm royalty, I can do what I want where I want." I was about to laugh at her when I started to notice what she was wearing...



Ripped tight jeans, Beige long sleve top, no make up, really bad body odour and her hair was a rats nest.



She handed me the earings and reapeated herself "I'm royalty, I don't like the way your speaking to me how dare you! Are you royalty?"

Me the jackass that I am Said" Why yes I do have some in my distant family thanks for noticing'

She stared at me quite hard And " No you don't you wouldn't know Anything anyways" and as she was stopming out the store I waved politely Saying" Good-bye your majesty" and bowing of course. That' what i would do for royaltyIf they walked in......I heard her mumbling to other people outside the mall saying .." people in the world are nuts and should all get jobs"

very amusing day indeed.Glad I'm getting a vacation this week.Don't wanna be unprepared for the next royal visit.

The weather around here has been nuts lately.The low temp for the night has been around 18-20 C. Hot sticky and no sleep.Fans are running contanly with little help.....I think an air condisioner would be a great investment about now.If the weather is like this now what's the rest of the season going to be like? Please someone make it rain here really hard. 3 storms have already by-passed us, with no luck to us. And living in the tub doesn't sound like much fun right now.

Less than a week to go before I can start changing my life around.For my health and sanity I need to do a total mind body change.I'm a bit scared of things that are to happen, but it's for the better.The more I talk about my rollercoaster of shitty things the better i'm feeling on the decisions Ive made. There's no hope on continuing something that's not meant to be.I have lots of support from friends and family.At least I finally get the vacation I so need!

as each day goes by i'm hate morings more and more.My store calls problems.....alot, system is down.Mom calls she's being blonde again about days and times.Store calls again..Opps they forgot to reboot the system...ha ha! Hubby calls...he's bored at work again and in the process my cat got stung by a bee.



Come on mornings go away!

This all happened in an hour.

I think i'm awake, or at least half asleep. My alarm didn't go off when I wanted... go figure!



Not hung over thank goodness! But late for work.Thank goodness I'm the boss.It's going to be a long day folks!

Tonight is when A bunch of us are going out to help celebrate Dissent's one year opening!

Birthday Massacre is coming down to play and we have a buch of friends coming down from Oakville, Sarnia and Windsor. Tonight should be lots of fun.Let's drink our asses off!

You try to tell someone that they have some issues with seeming overly flirtatious with others that are not their's.

When you work in reatail you'd expect people to look at you strange sometimes.....



But when you say hello to them when they enter your store you would think at least say hi back.
