The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I went down to the local 'occult' store and perused the back herb room. I bought and once of each White Willow, Soloman's Seal and Myyrh. Also finally got a mortar & pestle.



My room smells like herbs. Loving it! I think for Yule I'm going to craft everyone I know different satchets. It's personal...and I hate shopping. Finding gifts for people...ugh! I've always liked making things by hand. Unless I happen to come across something perfect in my ventures. So I think this may be something good to do for people. Each bag would be made for the specific person, containing various herbs to bring healing, prosperity, or what-have-you.



Ya. I like this idea. And I think if i get the time, I'll embroider a rune(s) onto the bag.



But first! Research. Learn as much as I can. Yes!

I love going to mine but they never have what I really needed like whit Willow the flower part all they have is the bark let me tell you a bath with bark sucks lol

Yeah, All I saw was the bark at mine to, but there were so many jars behind jars, I probably missed so much! I can't wait to go back though! I have an idea of starting my own old-school apothecary...like growing my own plants and such. I'm not very good with the growing aspect, but i know some people who are who'd be willing to either teach me or help me out. :)

I've been getting more in touch with what I call "the old me". I'd pretty much abandoned everything I had to do magik. I stopped reading. Stopped adding to my altar. In fact, my alter was stashed away.



I put my altar back out and today I added a folded purple tapestry underneath it. I rearranged things and added. It felt nice to clean it up and give it back it's own space. I found my tarot deck and man was it screaming at me o_o



I found 3 glass jars and i labeled them all and put in the correct herb. I cleared off space next to the altar on the adjacent bookshelf and placed the jars there.



During my cleaning frenzy today I found so much of my old things. I think I'll put back all my 'occult' things where they should be.



It feels nice to have magik back in my life. I don't know why I walked away. I feel so much more at peace with myself. Like I'm not fighting...Everything feels natural again. I don't know how to explain.



The smell of the herbs and incense. Just calming...mmm



I think it's tea time. :)

I told you you should have pulled your tarot deck out. Something kept poking me. It's why I asked for a reading from you a couple times. Lol. Glad I could help you clean and find all your stuff though. GoGo alter!
