Boring diet stuff :



I'm pleased with the way things are going.



Doing walkies at the week-ends but not after work during the week so instead I'm using the stairs at work.



It's going to be a tough two weeks as Pat's office is so damn hot it's really draining my energy.



The guy came round again today to measure the temperature and it's gone down just one degree, now 24 degrees, so he's going back to his boss and see what else can be done.



I've been waiting to see if anyone would moan about me keeping the fire doors open, but nothing has been said. Just as well as I would be on the floor :)

Boring Diet Stuff.



So, today I have decided to shift some blubber.



The big knickers have arrieved and man they is BIG.



Knowing myself as I do my plan is to not actually get weighed, instead I have taken the blouse test.



My work blouse from about two years ago is about one and a half sizes too small, in one months time from this date I will try it on again and hopefully it will be a bit smaller.



The big knickers will have to do for a month even though they are a little on the roomy side, I will cellebrate my weight loss by ordering a size smaller in 'em, still be big but ...



I'm just eating cereal and fruit for today and tomorrow, then trying for alot less junk food, though it breaks my heart to say it, chocolate you are junk food....wow I feel like I'm at an AA meeting here.



Exercise > Difficult, I'm not able to do a great deal with the health problems I have, so it's a case of moving as much as I can, it's not going to burn up alot of cals but I figure it's better than nothing.



One thing I will be trying to do differently is not to just give up if I have the inevitable bad day, easier said than done, I'll give some thought as to how to manage that.



Also the goodies I have indoors here now. In the past I have given them away or just plain thrown them out. That's not the answer, if the craving is strong enough I'll eat 'em, and if I binge on the lot of them, well I'll deal with it.
