The finished look
Put a black light behind them and some light up floating orbs in the glass pumpkin with some dry ice. Was pretty cool looking.
The boy had a school dance and 3 hours before the event his at the time gf called and said she was going to go after all.
So I rushed off to Hobby Lobby and picked up somethings and made this corsage for her.
Khornesone donated the incredible hulk figure as it was a comic book themed dance.
Made his boutonniere too.
Here is the last Heroghan that I made.
Sadly the organization closed at the start of Jan 2013.
This was made for the family of a Fort Drum New York Soldier that was killed in Afghanistan.
The boy wanted to make his at the time girl friend a rose so I tested out some directions I had found via youtube.

Made some beaded Holiday Angels for the Yule tree.
Made this one out of a variety of baby yarns. Did the main multi colored yarn in strips and then edged them in a blue baby yarn. Then alternated joining each strip to the next with another shade of blue or green yarn.
Oh yeah.. finished it while she was being monitored to make sure they had stopped her pre term labor.

Better view of the top, didn't want to make the dreads to long as I have in other hats.
This is the first of three baby blankets that I have made for baby Jack.
Made a turtle outfit for Wolfbite's soon to be born son, my grandminion, Jack.

The cat, Sheku, being a not so willing model.
Sheku modeling the underside of the shell to show how it would go on an actual baby.
I will have to take pictures of the hat and post them later as well as make the booties for the outfit still. O.O

Picked up a white onsie at a thrift store to keep costs down. The turtle applique was picked up at Hobby Lobby for under $2.
Had a few fabric markers on hand so got creative with decorating ideas and blending colors.
Idle hands and all that.. not in my house hold.
I have been a busy busy grandma to be and getting many projects completed.
Projects not just for my soon to be born grandson Jack but for my house and other people as well.
So I have renamed this section of my journal for a place for me to post pictures of said projects.
Things will not be posted in any given order of when they are completed. I will simply post them up when I find and get the time to do so.
:)
