Contuosly ignoring the grief consuming me
Remembering the empty hole that was filled
now torn asunder by my own damnation
Forgive me
No more will I ride the winds of a dream
The reality is too corrupted by disillusion
Truth has embraced death's shadow
I will no longer be the matriarch of love's pain
So I leave you with my sorrow
To bleed my tortured sentence into my hands
Hands that had sculpted every plane of you
With more damage to an already tainted being
Than a deamon's wail through our minds
I kissed your soul with my empty one now we both suffer
Once more I walk the long lonely raod
That has me stripped of innocence
I try to shed tears upon reflection but I cannot
As I stare down at you in sleeps embrace
An embrace I've never recieved
I cannot linger I curse the dawn
With a kiss I part from you
From this world that we both knew
And looking at my cold body
I know you soon will too
Bleakly I gaze out across the wasteland of my isolation
Gnarled hands of nature claw feebly at the red sky
My eyes that are the only true color call the seas to feed the deprivation of the land
No longer will the entities of our plagued planet run the veins of this engine now shut down
Tears no longer fall for the past which I saw would be the present
Blasted is the land by hatred and fear
Craters reminders of a war of the worlds
No longer can the youth of life overflow the cracked dry shores
All that remains are skeletons of metal structures screaming at the sky
A realm of fire and pain
Pain of the memories and what caused our insanity
Because in the end all we have is the world
And what good are we once it is weathered?
