Eye fatigue and pain

To combat eye fatigue and pain

1)dunk a small Cloth into cold chamomile tea and apply to eye

2)Press both thumbs just above the brows and rotate in a ClockWise Motion

3)Spray some water onto a thin Cloth and put it in the fridge for about 2 minutes,then apply like a Bandage to the eyes

Things that keep you awake

I have insomnia,so this is more like an enabling Thing for me,but for all those People that sleep too much



1)Mix ginger and rasberry Jam into strong black tea

Drink while boiling hot

2)Grapefruit Juice mixed with sugar

3)Dark rye bread with goat cheese(yes it works,though it sounds weird)

4)Chopped celery salad

5)Ham and egg sandwiches

Hangover recipes

As mentioned in my personal entries section I have a few hangover cures.

1)Ginseng tea with Machu

2)Sour cherries

3)Valerian root mixed into a shot of brandy

4)Pineapple rings sprinkled with sugar

5)Lukum or as it's better known Turkish delight

6)Herring in vinegar(it may be an acquired taste but it'll jolt you awake)

7)Grapefruit juice with a shot of vodka



There's more,but I don't want to encourage people

Burn remedy

When you get a 1st or 2nd degree burn,you can ease the swelling by putting whole pieces of boiled onion on the burn and wrapping them in a gauze Bandage.You`ll Need to run cold water over the area first,then apply the onion

Cucumber Jelly

A lot of People get stung by wasps,bees and other Floating insects.The Protein which makes up their poison will make your life a living hell for a couple of days,but there is a better solution.



1)Take a cucumber and slice it into small rings

2)Soak These rings in water for about ten minutes and then put them into a blender

3)Blend until you get a jelly like consistency

4)Put the jelly into a thin Piece of gauze Cloth and wrap it around the stung area

5)Keep on for 30 minutes and then remove.Sometimes you should do this two or more times



It reduces the swelling and definitely eases the pain
