Ingredients:
Fresh or frozen octopus tentacles
Lemon Juice
Bread Crumbs
Ground Garlic
1 tablespoon of White wine
Preparation:
1)Wash the octopi tentacles under hot water and then dunk them into the garlic
2)Coat a pan with oil and preheat it
3)Sprinkle bread Crumbs on top of the octopi
4)Take a handful of ground garlic and distribute onto the tentacles as fit
5)Mix the Lemon Juice with a dash of White wine and lightly brush the octopi
6)Serve hot as an appetizer
Ingredients
Steak 300grams-400grams
Rock salt
Rough dried Basil
Truffle oil
Coarse red and black pepper
Lemon Juice
Preparation
1)Preheat a pan and coat it with oil
2)Take the Steak and after washing,
rub in the salt,basil and pepper
3)Put the Steak on the pan and apply a generous amount of truffle oil
4)When the Steak is Brown on the outside,sprinkle the basil and Lemon Juice onto it
5)Cook till medium,medium-rare and serve with salad leaves
Ingredients:
One Cup of Rice noodles
One iceberg salad
One Cup of chopped ham
2 Tomatoes
2 cucumbers
Ranch Dressing

Preparation:
1)Wash the salad and roughly cut until it`s all gone
2)Put the noodles into hot water and cook until soft(about 10 minutes)
3)Wash and slice the tomatoes and cucumbers
4)Mix the salad with the Dressing and then add the vegetables
5)Dice the noodles into small pieces and mix into the Salad
6)Add Croutons on top of the salad
Ingredients:
4-6 fresh pears
Eggs
milk
flour
Confectioners' sugar
Preparation
1)Mix together the eggs,milk and flour to
create a batter
2)Knead it till it's firm enough to hold your fingers,
but runny enough so that you can pour it
3)Wash the pears and slice them into 4-5 large pieces
4)Pour the batter into a deep baking form and try to hollow out the
center of it,then put in oven
5)When the batter begins to harden,lower the heat and arrange
the pear slices in a fan shape in the hollow
6)Bake until the pears are completely caramelized(if necessary sprinkle some sugar on top)
7)Serve hot or cold with brandy,schnapps or tea

5-7 eggs
1 pack of frozen or fresh green peas
A Fillet Steak
Palm oil(if you can find it)
Preparation:
1)Take a large pan,coat it with sunflower oil and throw in all the eggs
2)Make scrambled eggs and then lower the heat
3)On a smaller pan,cook the fillet Steak until it is well done
4)Boil the green peas until they are soft
4)Cut the Steak into thin strips
5)Take a Wok,coat it with sunflower oil and throw in the scrambled eggs,steak strips and peas
6)Pour a generous amount of Palm oil on top of the mix
7)Constantly mix the Wok to prevent any sticking or burning

So this is basically a fruit salad,but with a Twist.
Ingredients:
One package of strawberries/rasberries
One package of blueberries
One banana
Two Kiwis
One Orange
One green apple
A vine of dark Grapes
Preparation:
1)Wash all the fruits
2)Slice the bananas,strawberries,kiwis,orange(s),apple and Grapes
3)Put into bowl and mix with 2 wooden spoons for 1 Minute
4)Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top and serve with whipped cream
