Once upon a time, I participated in a blood binding "ceremony" with my partner at the time. As you may have guessed, the lover-type-relationship failed to withstand the tests life threw at us. However, we now have a better friendship with benifits even. We know each other a bit better than most and have become better listeners/advisors for our own transgrettions. Were/Are we soul mates? Maybe just in the friend wise situation as already suggested in this thread.



I look at "blood bonding" as the same as binding life-forces...I will probably not try it again in the near future for the partnership I have now is wonderful as it is and I feel there is no need for....more.

I won't be taken for granted or taken advantage of b/c I have a bleeding heart. This scar will be too great to heal from....
