The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I can't believe I haven't been in here since September. Then again, so much real life has gone on, it's not a wonder why. Where shall I begin? Let's start with a truck that I got myself for a birthday present last October.



A 2004 Dodge Durango (yes, I still call it a truck, it's got a damn V8 Hemi engine...it's a truck) that ran fine and even passed an inspection. So, getting the green light, we planned our annual Thanksgiving vacation. The "plan" was to go up through Tennesse to visit with my Mom and continue up to Kentucky....We got to my mom's place jus fine, but we ended up staying there until a week before Christmas because my beautiful new-to-me truck threw a rod and needed a whole new engine replacement. Needless to say, we were not happy campers or squatters for that matter. However, there's always a silver lining, we found a mx with an engine, willing to do the work for a whole lot less. We still had to wait a bit longer before I could fly up and pick it up but I have it now and that's what counts. An added bonus comes by way of the newer engine being 4 years newer with 100,000 lesser miles on it than the last one.



And then, because we were gone for so long, I had the unfortunate business of having to drop a couple of classes and barely passing the third. Oui!



SO, should you be wondering your pretty little heads about where your favorite Pixie has been hiding..now you know....Tennesse and school lol



On another small note, we also received a new family member about a week ago.
