Since the dawn of time man has been contemplating armageddon, the so called end of the world, the time when the four horsemen ride for the apocalypse. Even in 100 BC the jews hoped to join the armies of heaven so they could battle the forces of evil. Man is entirely obsessed with death and dieing and it's no wonder that man's solution to death is that everyone dies at the same time in one huge orchestrated plan. Humans fear death and they fear dieing alone.
