I feel like total crap right now.

My room would probably feel like a furnace to anyone else but every part of me is aching like I've been swimming in icy waters.

Been awhile since I've felt this bad and still I stubbornly refuse to admit that I need to go to the ER.

I nearly died the last time I'd fallen ill but damn, someone cared enough to help me out.

I guess right now I'm thinking ...this is nothing compared to what happened over the weekend...

So, suck it up and throw back a few painkillers. It'll pass.

After I've downed a hot cup of tea.

Went for a long drive. Three hours slipped by like nothing. I wish it hadn't been so dark - would have liked to have seen the water. The sky was nice. Not a single cloud. The frost is settling in now.

I suppose washing the vehicle wasn't the best thing to do so early on a cold morning. Well, I needed the distraction.

I'm overtired. Numb. Kinda frozen.

Maybe I'll rest for a couple of hours. Maybe.

I have a ton of regrets but none of them matter. You would have wanted us all to be happy. So, we'll do what we have to do and try to be what you wanted us to be.

It's not goodbye forever, it's only bye for now.

I know we'll meet again someday.
