I have several times tryed to train on gym etc under some years. The results have been ok. But i always have went back after awhile. 3 weeks ago i got an advice to check out a different kind of gym that is based on a circle system that have different stations. 45 sec on each station. And at the same time have a group meeting every 14 day there they learn us how to eat in a good way to maintain the result. I finded the concept interesting and signed up for it. Now i have lost 8,5kg in 2 weeks. I have realised it dosent really matter how much i train if i dont care to learn to eat correct to. This feels very good .
