So yesterday my 11 year old son informs me that this year he is going trick or treating with his girlfriend instead of with me. O.o And so it begins...*Sighs*.
This is Justins 3rd girlfriend since the school year started. The first, Madelyn; broke up with him because she said he was too shy (true) and it broke his heart which in turn broke his mommies heart to see him cry. But like most guys he was over it within the week in time for girlfriend #2, Taylor. This one he broke things off with because he said she was mean and bossy. Good job son. Now we come to his current girlfriend, the one with the name that would sound better on a stripper, Destiny (I know, that was kinda mean of me), the girlfriend that expects several hugs a day and according to my son just wants to kiss all the time. Uggh.
My baby is growing up, me no likey...
I watched the season premier of Grimm last night, anyone else see it? I loved it! Much better than I expected...
COMMENTS
Definitely was a hell of a lot better than I expected it to be. Might actually be worth watching, which is a shocker 'cause I haven't been watching much T.V. lately.
:)
It wasn't exactly what I expected it to be, but I think it was pretty good. Did you catch Once upon a time that premiered last Sunday ?
I did Rachey but I didn't really like it much.
We've had a death in the family, can't say we didn't see it coming but it doesn't make it any easier for those close to nana. Her health had been deteriorating rapidly and she had lived a long and hopefully happy life. Nana was such a spunky lady, always had everyone laughing and smiling, quite a character she was, so lively. I'm going to miss her.

My god...I am so very sorry to read this.
Though we don't know each other I would still like to give you my deepest condolences to you and your family. My heart goes out to you all.
i'm so sorry to hear about your loss...best of luck in the days and months ahead as you grieve and begin life without 'nana'. our condolences!!
Aaw hugs, sorry for your loss Pandy :( I know how sad a time this can be considering my Aunt amd brother in law passed away in fairly recent times. Xx
Jadee, I see where you get your shizzle from...RIP nana.
So sorry for your loss, Jadee. Huge hugs. Will be thinking of you and your family.
I'm sorry for your loss.
She will be missed for a long time, yet she will be kept alive through all of the wonderful memories!
Thanks everyone :)
aww, I'm sorry for your loss x
Sister Wives. I so love that show, mesmerized by it in fact. Not saying Polygamy is my cup of tea but I do say to each their own. If it makes you happy and all that....The family on the show seems to make it work, hell I have a hard time juggling one relationship let alone 3 different ones and all those kids! My hats off to ya...
It's the situations where its a dirty old man marrying 12 yr. old girls that I find deploring. Whole other story.

All the wives have amazing houses, don't they? And the show is very watchable, I didn't think I'd care for it at first but now I'm interested. I like seeing how the children are affected.
Pretty freaking amazing really and yes the older kids seem to have different views yet still respect their "parents", good stuff.
i'm with you...to each his own.
what's amazing is that not so long ago, multiple marriages was the norm....in fact almost a necessity when so many men were killed in wars.
I have come to the conclusion that most people are just nucking futs...mmmmhhhmmmm.

mmmmmmmmmhhhmmmmmmmm
Is that anything relative to friggin nuts? (being polite of course heh)
it can seem that way some days....at least you have VR to come and talk with 'normal' folk!!!
These pics are of my son Justin playing his violin at the community center for his first performance in front of a large audience, he did so well, I was SOOOO proud of him. He was supposed to play solo but got nervous right before so his step-mom Katie accompanied him, she is to the right. the performances are going to be really good for him as he is naturally shy and it boosts his self confidence.

This is something too kool for words...
Hehe so kool.
Oh, yay ! ♥
Oh - this is just too precious!
Soon, he'll get over his shyness, and really get into performing, I bet!
I bet he made you so proud!

Two cute little towheads!
LOL ! Love the third one, thats a great pic.
CUTENESS!!!
I think I have been on VR a total of 15 minutes over this last week. I've been spending more time with my family and I got to see my 4 yr. old grandson play soccer, freakin' adorable :D I make a point of staying off the computer whenever my son Justin is at home and he has been needing me more as of late. There are countless things going on in my offline world, serious things and I have finally learned to give them priority, no more 4, 8, 12 hour days on VR. I love my friends on here as most of you are friends outside of the Internet but I'm needed elsewhere.
You know it really irritates the hell out of me when someone tells you they are coming over, you change your plans to work around theirs and their visit and they don't fucking show! WTF. This was family even that was visiting from out of town, I waited hours for them and passed on spending the night with one of my girlfriends. They could of at least called. GRRR.
COMMENTS
Ya that is annoying as hell. It takes just a few minutes to call and say, " hey we are not going to make it"
My youngest sister in Southern Cal has done this to me several times, when she's up here visiting our mom.
I had someone do that to me a few days ago, though it was the other way around.
I asked a friend over and cancelled plans with family that I haven't seen in over a year, only to have the friend not turn up. Or call. Or message me.
It's infuriating. Fu.

Yeah...11 is a lil' early for a girlfriend, but it's also around that age when kids start to like the opposite sex - lol!
