I remember when my parents took me see a Billy Graham crusade. I was only about 6 so I really didn’t know what it was all about. I just knew it was a big stadium and there was an enthusiastic man preaching!



When the preaching was finished, we were singing “Just as I Am” and I noticed my parents were whispering to one another. So my mom turned to me and said, “Ozzy, you stay right here with your father. I'm are going to make a decision.” So she walked forward and made a public profession of faith of Jesus Christ as Lord of in her life.



I didn’t fully understand it, but I’ve never forgotten it. To see my mother dedication of her own life to the Lord’s service is something that’s etched in my brain. And when I encounter struggles of my own, I remember her faithfulness and am encouraged by her willingness to surrender herself to Jesus. It’s been a constant source of inspiration in my life.



So don’t ever underestimate the impact you have on your kids. Even your smallest action could impact your kids and stays with them forever. Be an good example for your children. They won’t forget it!



EXEMPLIFY FAITHFUL SERVICE TO CHRIST FOR YOUR KIDS AND THEY’LL BE FOREVER CHANGED BECAUSE OF IT.
