So Sweet Sin is the prequel and def was a good short read for sure.

Now, the main books. I kid you not was AMAZING. I know I say this about all the books I have read, or at least some of them, but the guy, Kallum Anderson refers to himself as "Doctor Death". These books are not a retelling of Hades x Persephone. They are inspired by the story of the two. Elena is part of a Mafia family, better known as The Ricci Family. Its def a good read and it gets so much better throughout the book as well. I enjoyed the blood and gore as well.

So, I got to go to my first ever anime convention today and man, I had fun with it. I got to meet the amazing and lovely Carla Perez who played as Rita Repulsa in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I was sooooo happy when I got my funko pop signed by her as well. She's such a sweet lady as well. I wouldn't mind meeting her again either. There were other people there, but she was my main goal today for sure. Anyways. I posted the photos of Carla and I in my portfolio for all to see. I also go some new key chains and got myself and my hubby a new shirt as well.

I did go with a cowoker's kid and she entered the kid's cosplay contest as tomura shigaraki from My her academia. She didn't place, but got best coat. She did really well honestly and I'm proud of her as well.

I can't wait until next year though!
