The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

The luncheon today was not really that bad...donated more money than I had planned to but what the hell it was for a good cause and I can spare it. The people were pleasant enough and I did enjoy the food. What is it about food in miniature? For some reason it always tastes better in “mini” size.



However dinner tonight is going to be excruciating. If it were not in the honor of an old friend of mine I would have cancelled. I believe that he may propose to his girlfriend tonight (which would be wonderful) I know he would be disappointed if I missed it. Perhaps I will be able to make a quick exit.



Wish me luck – maybe if we are lucky there will be some good stories to tell……

So the "season" is starting up this weekend....earlier than usual. I really do not know if I can stand another year of these parties.



This weekend alone I have three.......



I know what you are thinking - "what is the big deal? Just decline." (If only it were that easy)



I don't know - maybe this year will be different....maybe.

Well today turned out to be one of the best ever. My little one (with the help of someone special) got me the Nook. I cannot tell you how exited I am. I already downloaded a book and read the whole thing!



Incredible.....



I love that munchkin so much!
