I have been inspired by a few journal entries regarding the adding of friends and journals that I do not know or speak to.
Adding friends to my list does not really bother me as I do not really use the list in anyway....but I check my favorite journals all the time.
So - I have decided to remove those journals that I do not read. This is in no way a reflection on anyone - in fact often I add a journal, delete it only to come across it at a later date and add it again.
Please feel free to remove me if you feel the need. I do not care if my level drops - I will get it back up again the old fashioned way.
No, No, no, no what the....I choose the journals very carefully and have only removed a small number, some of them by accident. Remove me and I'll bite your bottom till you bleed!
This past Saturday (6/5) was my birthday.....never you mind what number it was. Thanks to all that sent me messages!!!
Anyway unlike past birthdays this one was a bit more low key - which was nice. I spent the day with my daughter and then someone I love very much took me to dinner in the city and to The Addams Family musical on Broadway.
I was really excited to see this play (I am a huge Addams Family fan) however I am sad to say that I was disappointed. The actors (Nathan Lane and Bebe Newman) were good and there were some funny scenes but all in all the plot just was not there.
Still I am glad that I saw it. I used to go to the theater all the time but ever since I had my daughter I have not really made time for them. There are some great shows that are out there that I think I really need to see.
Theatre is great! Just the experience is fabulous. The last thing I saw was Mama Mia (before it was turned into a movie) which was excellent! A pity the Addams Family was not so good. Such great material to work with too...
My daughter just ran into my bathroom to tell me about this great new show that she just found. I asked her what it was about and she told me "a pink leopard that does not talk"
Confused I went to go and see what she was watching - and laughed.
I explained that it was the Pink PANTHER and that it was a very old cartoon.
.....she looked at me and said "they had cartoons back when you were little?"
I remember the Pink Panther too.... sad thing is I watched them when they were NEW!!!

I just realized that most people indicate what they rate in the database. Then I realized that I have never indicated what rate I am giving the article or item.
So you all know - everything in the database gets a 10 from me. And yes I do read them (which is why it takes me FOREVER to rate)
