So backnin college I would aleays walk by this light and I would see it on one moment and as soon as I gt close enough to it it just dims to orange n goes out. I walk by n slowly it cuts back on. I would always watchnit and it didnt just flicker it woukd akways staybonbunless I was around it. Any ideas?
