even though that is the law , restaurant owners have the right to refuse service to anyone ,but it still doesn't make it right and this person will either ;lose their job or the whole business . this was the wrong way to voice there personal views on political matters.

We don't represent the war. We represent the people that WANTED the war.
We can only do as we're told. When 911 happened, people screamed for blood. We obeyed.
It's not our fault this has lasted so long.
And as long as the majority of the population wants it, we'll still be out there.

This is just sad. Without our military fighing for our freedom, we wouldn't have the right to protest, and freedom of speech. Alot of young men and women have died over there . Thank you military for what you do to keep me safe. I lost a family member in that tower. Alot of people we knew were in there as well. I am from the pocono area.

The argument that sending our military to kick ass in someone else's country makes us free is demonstratively untrue. A strong military does not necessarily mean a strong democracy. China and Russia have strong military, but have a way to go in personal freedoms. It is laughable that training up an afghan army is going to make the citizens in Afghanistan free. A strong military in Afghanistan makes the Afghan worse off!
Personal freedom comes from all the nation building of civilians. Those that produce stuff, those that teach, those that make laws, those that protest.

I hope someone witnessed this incident and took those soldiers out to a steak dinner! Yes the law allows "right to refuse service" The corporate HQ of this company sure should experience everyone's "right to free speech" about this idiot.

Well I served a total of 16 years in the US Army. I was stationed at Camp Anaconda in Iraq and all over the world.
We serve and protect! A real trooper doesn't care where the mission or battle field is located, what we do care about is allowing us to do our jobs, win, and come home!
Thanks to the lovely LIBERALS of this beloved USA....there will always be idiots that are to stupid to understand that FREEDOM and RIGHTS are not FREE!
I support the WAR 24/7! Mr. Bush Jr. Had to do something after 9-11. The Mr. Obama promises that he will remove the troops within 10 months after he is ellected.......LOL News flash Liberals This War will not end no time soon!

Aside from the obvious, there's somethin' else that's completely messed up about it. The Charley's Philly Steaks is on a military contract...soo... WTF?
