Let's talk about living! To begin with, it blows the majority of the time..but rarely in a good way. I feel that living is what we make it, to the degree that we choose to be subdued. There are, of course, those well dressed liars in wait who would and have enslaved you. Since the dawn of man, we have dealt with these tyrants in different ways..with a revolution always just around the corner. It seems we're always so disgusted with those around us, that we forget the treachery above us! This is the divisionist motto, and through it's application you will always have to guard your throats. 'The Man' always wants a little more, usually not enough to fuss over at the time..just an agonizing diminishment. Your earning potential is your base value, and those without are cast aside..regardless of perceived 'personal potential'. I wonder if this is unfair, for what is it that we contribute that exceeds it's weight in monetary value? If it's worthwhile, often it's worth paying for. If no one will buy, your product is worthless..as longevity of your 'product' is your only corner on immortality. These corners are numerous and extend as your most lasting tribute. Be they art, religion, philosophy, or even a corporation. The 'physical' effects of what you leave behind..and you will leave it behind..are the only things that matter is the scope of your short existence. In respect to how long everything else but you will be here, it's a bit like a roller coster ride..so sit back and enjoy it when you're not gripping on for dear life! It'll work as well you make it work most times.



It's not at all a spiritless outlook, but more of a discerning one. The spirit of life is in living..and the battles that you will have to fight along the way. The Law of the Jungle never left us, it just adapted and interwove to suit it's concrete transition. There are still 'Lions' that roam free in our land. It is also truth that their eyes are always fixed on the herd. However, it is not true that Lions are always born of Lions..some are born of torture..or enlightenment(?). In any case, even when the chips are down..you always have that choice. It's key lies in discarding your concern for everlasting life; we'll see who makes it to the finish line. Speculation is an amusing pastime, but the bottom line is the only thing that means shit at the end of the night.

I am writing this out so none of you get any ideas about why I've done what I've done that don't meet the standards of truth. Just a few moments ago I sent out a letter to our Coven members informing them of the dissolution of our group, and have given them the opportunity to be transferred to places of their own choosing should such Societies wish to receive them. The official deadline for closing is in three days time and I consider that more than adequate notice that I might take their correspondence.



Like I've said in the past, this group was a personal experiment of mine, and I believe I understand now what I wanted to when I first conceived of it. It has served it's purpose so now I see it as mere clutter amongst the ever growing list of Societies. That said, I believe it is in the best interest of those involved in the Coven to enjoy their time elsewhere, though they really haven't a choice now I suppose. This is not a reaction to troubles in our group or a dislike of the members I have. There are several of them I cherish as good friends or at least as excellent conversationalists. I don't need a Society of my own to enjoy the company of my friends though. I have new projects I wish to begin on the Rave as well as elsewhere on the Net so I'll certainly be devoting more time to those.
