I recognize that too. When I call insurance for my patients, you have to go thru the damn phone tree and be like press 2 for pharmacy, press 3 for doctor line, then you get there and it says press 1 for representative press 2 for account bullshittery you know the drill LOL!!! Then you have to enunciate the word so it gets you. "I'm sorry I'm having a hard time understanding you. Let's try again" Then you be like, oh bitch you didn't just say that in your automated tone!
