I am vexed, terribly so. Something very, very bad and serious has just happened and I am upset.
Was having a little fun in my capri (awesome car) just about an hour or so ago (going to the shop for beer as I was going to do a cam session) and I, being an experienced driver, thought slight speeding would be ok, no visible traffic or anything so nothing could possibly go wrong right?
Wrong.
big fucking mistake. That is an understatement actually.
I only fucking knocked over a woman, she went flying over the hood and right into the windshield.
Walked right out in front of me and wham! right into the hood and over.
Okay, fair enough I admit it, I drove into her while speeding which I should not have been doing in that area but semantics right? Who doesn't have a little fun in their car now and again.
Yet this happened and there is problems.
Now I am bothered and it is weighing on me, how could this happen?
Normally this would not be bothering me....
Except I had only just painted the hood and its now got fucking scratches on it!!
Not to mention the windshield is cracked. Stupid bitch, I should have hit her harder to make go right over the car and reverse just to add insult to injury!!
Hahaha. Of course I would be concerned about my car. Y'all know yours truly don't feel guilty about anything.
I am just kidding of course, about the incident that is, as I didn't run over anyone recently, but if I did. I would have kindly reversed over their body for added measure and extra squishiness, and I of course would really be concerned about my car, costs money to keep them running you know haha.
Cars should probably be reinforced just in case a few flattened pedestrians cause a few dents in the body, repairs can be a bitch on the pocket.
So got a cam up and drinking away but good news, I decided to add various things to the large bottle of cider and I have either got meself an awesome snake bite, or a lethal cocktail judging by how many things were added.
On the bright side, the taste is so much better.
Bottoms up and parttty on. I have had quite a few cans already so..,whateves.
Still here? go the fuck away, sheesh.
So I have been binge watching the forth season of The Strain, those pesky humans keep trying to ruin The Master's plans, someone really needs to stop them, at least Zach (whether you like him or not) knows which side is the right side. Quinlan needs to join his father in ruling over the human vermin.
And (spoiler alert) poor Eichorst, should have simply snapped Setrakian's neck instead of using his stinger. This is why wanting to gloat and parade victory over your enemies is a bad thing, just kill them and be done with it. Then you can gloat. Funny, Eichorst lost his left hand and now his life, so now the Master has lost his right hand. lol
The Strain is a good show, I recommend it...especially for those who like their vampires as monsters rather than...those romantic twits from the other shows. The first few episodes is very procedural as that is the beginning of the outbreak and folks are trying to understand the "virus". One group of characters are looking at through scientific and biological eyes. While others characters such as Setrakian, see it as supernatural. Its actually an interesting mix.
The Strigoi are bald, hidious monsters with claws and fangs, though interestingly they do not use their fangs to feed. Instead they have prehensile tongue-appendage with stingers on it, which shoots out and hits you in the neck and drains you while infecting you with the worms at the same time.

To enlighten you, the worms is how vampirism is spread. Vampire bodies are full of worms which multiply in a host and cause about a mutation which changes the host into a vampire, they lose their hair, gain black and red eyes, lose their genitals as they have no use for them.

Vampires are usually not sentient unless the Master responsible for the bloodline allows it as The Ancients have complete control over their progeny, able to see and hear through them as well grant certain individuals sentience and free will.
I just got two more episodes to watch and then that's it.
Haven't done one of these in awhile, been busy lately but I might be doing one tonight, I need a good drink, unfortunately the large bottle I bought is not one of my favorites but its strong and just so happens to be cheap.
Fortunately, I have already downed 14 cans (had to let one of my droogs have the remaining six as he did do me a favor...yes that's right, I hate sharing my alcohol!). So getting half cut should not be a problem tonight....well hopefully anyway, my alcohol tolerance can be annoyingly high but since I have not drank any alcohol in a good while, I am hoping I will be a tad more susceptible to it. Knowing my luck I won't be but crossing digits for luck.
Sinning is living and I love to sin.
Party on.

I have not drink in a long time I forgot how it's like to drink
Ah. Breaking bottles again, aren't we?
Unfortunately the big bottle I got is plastic so won't be smashing that over my head anytime soon. lol
and again ..... I missed the show :(
No worries, I am doing another on monday. I might start it earlier too.
Speaking of The Strain, just realized that the fourth season aired ages ago, damn where have I been? I have got a lot to catch up on then. There is only two more episodes I think until its over. Well if this is indeed the last season then those final two episodes better be worth it.
Tristesse's thread:
"Someone has got to do this. I am literally dying from the lack of the show's discussion. Is this joint dead or what? No pun intended.
If you follow the series, The Strain, you would know that it has got a massive following. My thought is that there is FINALLY an adult show on television about vampires. Man, I absolutely love the Stinger... All the vampires seem to have one down their throat. :)
So, as we know, this is The Strain's final season and here I am, hoping for a Quinlan spin-off. That dude has got bad-assery written all over him. Oh, and the Ancients... How could we forget them? So, what happens when the Ancients are eliminated? When Season Three ended, I was left bereft... I was on the internet, reading everything I could find on this show. The Master, The Stinger, The Ancients, Quinlan, Fet, and Zach (who seems to be disliked by almost everyone online), and the whole involvement with the Nazis, though the main character - as far the Nazis were concerned - was nowhere in the book's trilogy. There is even a website called, Color The Strain, putting forth an online colour-book version.
Do you think the television show did the books justice? Or that there should be a Quinlan spin-off? There are just so many issues in this series that I enjoy watching on my computer. I am a fan. Plus, the main picture of a male vampire coloured blue with a pink Stinger coming out of his throat... it has a total adult feel to it. Unlike the posher Vampire Diaries or previous shows like that, which lacked much grit and real life.
What are your thoughts and feelings about The Strain? :)"
To answer that here..
The Strain is definitely one of the best vampire shows around and I enjoy its originality i.e stinger instead of fangs and the biological/supernatural mix that is the virus which manifests as worms, which is how vampires turn humans into vampires. There is no blood transfer, just a worm that enters your body and begins mutating you. If you're a male you will eventually lose your cock and balls as they are useless organs as vampires reproduce using the the worms.
The vampires themselves are highly vicious with no romantic notions (thank all that is unholy) and are hidious monsters, like how folklore vampires were before someone decided to romanticise them.
There is no shifting between vamp face and human as once someone is a vampire, they are permanantly changed and will continue to change until they lose their nose, which will rot and fall off. Instead those that are sentient are able to use make up and prosthetics to resemble their former selves.
The most dangerous vampires are the ancients, who spend most of their time in a slumber and only wake to feed, they have acolytes that speak for them while they sleep, literally as the ancients can see and speak through those they have turned and they can grant sentience to a select few as otherwise vampires are feral and single-minded.
The Master is the main antagonist and is one of the ancients who is fully awake and is notoriously hard to kill. He is being hunted by both a man with a silver cane who suffered at his hands and a vampire/human hybrid called Quinlan who also wants revenge.
All in all it is a good show but sadly its ending on only its fourth season which by today standards is very short. Ending on a fifth season would not be too bad as five seasons is respectable.
So last episode.
A teased Cleganebowl, double crosses and the breaking of wall.
Jon..Jon..Jon, you idiot. First you fail to lie and then you fuck your own aunty....of course, you don't know that yet but we do. Bran should have added that information in the raven message he sent a few episodes back.
With the horrible amount of incest in the show it makes me wonder if this is what the show's creator's actually get up to with their own relatives. I tolerate a great many things, incest is not one of them. The mad emperors of the good old days practiced "blood purity" and it did not do them any favors and look at pure breed dogs, they got genetic flaws as a result of the inbreeding.
It seems the Dragon is being used as deus ex machina, destroying the wall so easily and seemingly being the only reason they could make them cross. So what would the army of the living impaired do if they did not have a dragon? stare at the wall? go around by sea? Could the Night King himself do something to the wall?
The Hound is awesome as always, not giving a fuck who he insults and had a little confrontation with big brother. Shame no fight happened but I guess they are saving this for last ...amongst other things.
Jaime finally doing the sensible away and walking away from the toxic influence of his sister. He always seems to be more in control of himself when away from her.
Plenty of issues with season seven, such as magic ravens who can give messages near instantly but when you shorten the episode count down, they got to increase the pacing.

I seriously hated this season. I felt it was rushed through. Jon and Dany was the worst thing! Just gross! And they didnt even show Rheagar much. So disappointed. I was looking forward to him. Urgh!
It was rushed indeed. I thought Rhaegar looked a lot like Viserion from what we saw of him.
They also changed Robert's rebellion with that scene. I always like how Robert lost his true love and he started a rebellion to try and save her as she was believed to be abducted and raped, now its revealed that she willingly left him to be with Rhaegar and that the rebellion is now based on a lie.
