A night by the Ocean... part 2

Times Read: 852

As I sat in the window of the house I looked into the night sky. Seeing the starts burn bright. I began to miss my home, my family and even some of my friends. I know that I could never see them. I stayed far far away from the area of town that they all went into. There would be no suitable way for me to explain why I had just up an left. I am sure they think I ran away by now. I chuckle to myself as the thought of going home and busting in the door saying "Mom... Dad.. I'm home and guess what I'm a vampire." I shake my head and fiddle with the tie on my dress. I didn't have any resent me Layvon for making me into what I am today. I have dealt with that. He never exactly told me why. Then again I have never directly asked either. In my mind he did it because he didn't want to live without me. Well, that's in my own perfect world. I am sure there is other reasons. I am just scared to know for sure.

I sat there in silence for over an hour. The sun has just set into the great beyond so I have all night to achieve what I need to achieve. Which is basically to feed. Tonight I think I will do something out of the norm. Maybe walk along the streets and gaze at people. I haven't been out to admire the living in a long time. They fascinate me. I look at them and think...Did I used to do the same thing? Did I act like that? Was I always that unaware of my surroundings? People tend to let their guard down when they are in the city night life. They feel as though nothing can harm them. I chuckle. I can always feel it in the younger crowd. The kids that are my age. Well, my human age. Some of them I can read their mind. But only if their guard is down. Its very easy to read the ones that have had a few drinks that night or on some kind of drug. Their guard is totally down then. I can see what they think or even what their next move is. Some of them I have even controlled to an extent. I only like to feed on the pretty ones. I can be fussy as to who I want to feed on. There is still so much of the world I have yet to explore. If I see one that I am craving to feed from. Then I will plant suggestions into their mind to lure them to me. I have to practice. With age I will get better at achieving this while they are completely sober. But right now this is the easiest for me to learn with.

I stop thinking for a moment and realize how silent the house is without Layton around. He has been out of town for a week. Somewhere over in Paris I believe. He was very animated about leaving suddenly and all I could catch of him leaving was something to do with money ... death ... and a home. I do miss him. Its awkward being alone for so long. I am used to doing things on my own for a night. At some point we meet up either at the house or out amongst the people. But to come home and not find him here is rather odd to me. I have forgotten a few times that he is not here and came in either calling his name or searching the house for him. Then it suddenly hits me that he is abroad. He has not called or written. So I sit here and hope that everything is all right. That someone didn't find out what he really is and do away with him. That's is probably just my vampire concern. The little twinge of fear that there will be someone that knows or someone that will want to harm either one of us. Most of the time its easy to make them forget that they have even met us or have even been somewhat close to us. I am sure that's a little difficult for Layton and because I don't really know the whole extent of his trip, it probably can't happen like that. I will find out soon enough though. Hopefully he returns home soon. I get up from my perch at the window and walk down the hallway to my bedroom. The only sound in the house is my feet softly hitting the wooden floors. Its comforting to hear some kind of sound ring throughout the house. Keeps me somewhat at ease.

I finally reach the double doors to my bedroom and push them open. The room is totally dark. I find the light switch and flip it. A soft dull light shines throughout the room. I make my way to the closet, tapping my finger upon my lip as I try to think of what to wear. Its Friday night. I know the crowds will be younger. College kids that are flocking to the hot spots of the clubs and bars. As I go through my cloths I remember that there is a new gothic club that has opened about a month ago. I have been wanting to check it out. Might feel a little like home. I laugh softly at the thought of the people.

After ransacking my closet I finally figure out what to wear. I slide on my fishnets, with a short black skirt, black corset, long black jacket and knee high boots. I begin to fiddle with my hair and pin it up and throw some makeup on. Not that I really need to pale my skin down because I am pale already, darken my eyes down, and I am on my way.

Before I get out of the house I make a quick sweep through it for piece of mind. Just to make sure that nothing is out of place or some young kids didn't get nosey and try to sneak in. A few times at night I have heard the laughter of adolescence running from the yard. Nothing serious, but it never hurts to be cautious.

A little while later I am walking the streets of downtown. The streets are alive with the laughter of people, the smell of liquor and the annoyance of young drunk girls as they laugh with overly loud giggles. The lights are overly bright to my eyes so I have on a pair of dark sunglasses. Any kind of light bothers me. Even bright lamps. I hear the normal cat calls as I stroll by a group of guys.

"Hey Baby! Nice Ass!!"

I turned around suddenly. I am in a playful mood tonight. I walk towards three guys. One is about 6'5 with blonde hair and brown eyes. He looks to weigh about 260. Another guy had deep blue eyes with brown hair, about 5'10, not as attractive as his buddy. Then the third guy, now this one I would have dated if I were still mortal, Was 6'1 had dark brown hair with highlights and shocking green eyes. When I approached them they lowered their laughter and stared at me with smiles on their faces.

"He's the one that said it," the 6'5 guy pointed to the guy with the shocking green eyes.

I strolled over to him and ran my finger up his chest. Looking at him with a sultry smile.

"You think I have a nice ass, huh?" I slowly lowered my sunglasses down to reveal my clear green eyes. Our eyes met. I could feel him growing uneasy with my touch. I laugh softly. His smile starts fade. I run my hand up to his neck and bring his ear down to me and I hiss "If you only knew my dear, that I hold you life in my hands at this moment, I am sure you wouldn't even of thought about saying that to me"

I brushed my soft lips against his ear. He shivered as I let go. The guys stopped laughing as I turned to walk away. I looked over my shoulder. They stood staring at me in amazement. I laughed and blew them a kiss and continued on walking to my destination.

I finally came to the front of the club. Its name was Black Hole. The doors looked like rod iron cemetery gates. The front of the building was made out of stone. Just like entering a strange cemetery at night. The door man hustled me inside. The inside was breath taking. The walls were totally black. the bar sat in the center of the club and it was shaped like a coffin. Above the bar velvet blood red material was draped over black steel bars. The floor was black and white tile, blood red velvet material was also draped on the walls like curtains. Chandlers made the lights dimly dance on the peoples pale faces. Few tall tables and leather covered bar chairs lined the wall. Along with black faint couches. The dance floor was at huge. The stage draped with black and red curtains. The black tiled floor glistened as the colored lights spun around on the stage. Smoke billowed from the back of the stage. The dance floor then sunk down 3 steps. Surrounded by another gate and 2 cages on each side of the stage. Off to my right was another room The entrance stood a Big tall man. A curtain door of red and black covered it. I heard someone say it was the V.I.P room. Curiosity got the best of me. I strolled over to the door man.

He smiled at me and pulled the curtain back. I winked at him and continued. This room was very interesting. The walls were painted a deep blood red. Black velvet material draped along the ceiling. Black carpet covered the entire floor. Black and red Pillows thrown all over. They were made of satin and velvet. Short tables were scattered along the floors. Even a few black couches.

This room was not filled with that many people. I am thankful for my great vision. I could see with the very dim lighting. People lay unto of one another. I could see some making out heavily. Others were sucking upon others necks. There was no blood being passed. I could smell the sweet smell from a mile away and this place was defiantly dry. I made my way back to the main part of the club. Interlacing through people, trying to find my way to the bar. The club had suddenly got packed. It filled up with gothic looking people. Mostly all were dressed in some kind of black garb. Some had on fake fangs and had applied white makeup to make themselves look dead. I arrived to the bar and found a vacant seat.

"May I get you something to drink?" the bartender asked me.

"A glass of wine, please, monsieur"

The bartender had bright blue hair with leather pants on and a tight red shirt. Chains and spikes dangled from his neck, wrists, and pants.

He placed my glass of wine in front of me. I shoved some money at him.

The night went on and I watched people move amongst the crowd. I also watched them dance, sit and drink. I got up to walk around. I was minding my own business when out of the corner of my eye I seen a girl. I did a double take she was beautiful. She had long straight blue-black hair. With steel gray eyes. She was about 5'9. She was stunning. She wore a shirt made of black lace with bell sleeves. Her skirt flowed around her platform boots. I couldn't stop staring at her. I stood in place for almost a minute. Her eyes met mine for a moment and she smiled. I thought it was a figment of my imagination but her front teeth were slightly sharp. I thought someone tapped me on my shoulder so I looked behind me.

When I went to turn around the mystery lady was gone. I searched high and low for her all through the entire bar. She was no where to be found. I decided to make my way home for the evening.

I finally arrived at the door. I made my way into my bedroom. Threw my jacket on the chair and took my boots off. Then sprawled across my bed. Where I drifted off to sleep thinking about the mysterious beauty in the club. The women I knew I had to meet...

A night by the Ocean

Silver slits played out from the clouds as they glided across the moon. The night air lingered with the scent of the ocean. The night was calm. The gentle breaking of the waves against the shore was music to my ears. I walked softly by the shore line. The feeling of sand beneath my feet relaxed me. I stopped and stared into the night sky. The twinkling of a few stars caught my attention. They sparkled in unison making a beautiful light show. I stared at them for a moment and continued on my way. Out in the distance of the ocean a ship moved onto of the water. The horn sounding as though its a million miles away as it beckons to the other passerby's. I begin to stroll once again along the shoreline. The tide began to come up more and more softly lapping at my bare feet. A patch of grass appears to my left. I walk up and make my self comfortable. Pulling my knees to my chest, I rest my chin on my knees. My skirt dances around my bare legs as the breeze gently toys with it. The ocean spray makes my shirt cling to my soft skin. I see a pier out of the corner of my eye, noticing two people walking hand in hand from the end laughing and kissing along the way. A sigh escapes my gently parted lips. To be happy. To be in love. To be with that special someone. I fold my legs in front me of and start picking at the grass. A sudden sound comes up from behind me. I quickly turn around. A tall man erupts from the shadows of near by tree's. I watch him slide over to me. His long blonde hair flowing like the waves of the ocean, his eyes matching the blue of the deepest sea. He looks vaguely familiar with his dark attire. He notices me staring intently at him, a smile spreads across his pale face. I briefly turn around when all of a sudden I feel a hand upon my shoulder and a face near mine.

A soft voice flows into my ear. " Good Evening My Dear. I hope you don't mind the intrusion. I was enjoying the night and seen a beautiful women and couldn't help myself from introducing myself. My name is Layvon."

The name struck me as odd but, the thought suddenly left me as our eyes met. I stumbled with my wording a bit " Pl, pleased to meet you Layvon. My name is Lena. Would you like to have a seat?"

He smiles and chuckled softly, stepping in front of me he reached his hand out to me.

"Well, my dear Lena. Which is such a beautiful name. I was wondering if we may share a walk together. I am simply intrigued by your beauty."

I suddenly felt my face glow with crimson. I put my hand into his out stretched hand. I noticed that his grasp was cold. He pulled me to my feet with the greatest of ease. Almost to easily. We began to walk. The night with him passed so quickly. The moments were never dull. I found him mesmerizing and irresistible, never wanting to step foot away from him.

The darkness started to fade and we left each other promising to meet the next evening at the same time.

The next evening was even better. We shared laughs and smiles. Each moment was more enchanting. We stood at the end of the pier this time. His arm hung loosely around my waste. My jeans falling on my hips, I could feel his skin touch mine. My shirt hung loosely on my body slightly moving with the breeze from the ocean. He softly ran his hand along the line of my jeans with a smile on his face, looking off into the distance. I latched my thumb into my pocket and looked up at him with a smile," Layvon, What are you thinking about?" With quickness he had soun me infront of him. HIs arms around my waste. He had placed my hands around his neck. I smiled. He looked deep into my eyes. When he did this it felt like he could see into my soul. His eyes penetrating me, making me feel like my nakied flesh exposed for all to see. His lips met mine. Tingles went all through my body like little explosions of electricty.

" Lena will you please accompany me home tonight? I understand if you decline my request but I do not want to leave you and your esqisite beauty."

"I would love to Layvon" What else could I say to the man that made me feel like no one else. That seen inside of me. That made me feel as though the world didn't matter. That it was just he and I.

We walked back to the spot where we met. There was a clearing in the tree's I had never noticed before. " This way my dear" We walked along the path silently. Then within what seemed like moments a huge brick house appeared before us. It was two-stores of stunning architecture. Dark green ivy grew all over the outside of the house. The double doors in front were made of a heavy dark wood.

He lead me through the double doors as I stared in amazement. Once in side he whispered" wait right here" I obeyed. He disappeared into the dark room. Then all of a sudden a glow danced along the walls. Layvon beckoned me into the other room. The walls were alive with the glow of candles. The furniture looked antique. Very beautiful.

He then pulled me to him and put his lips to mine. Making my body tremble. His hands roaming all over my delicate skin. I felt us moving but couldn't focus on where we were going. My eyes opened and we were in front of another set of French wooden doors. Layvon broke free from me and opened them. He took my hand and lead me into the room. Candles flooded the room. The seductive glow made me feel as though I was in a trace. The bed before us had 4 tall rod iron posts. From the ceiling hung black fabric that draped around the blood red comforter of the bed. Black and red Pillows where placed strategically onto of the master piece.

Once again Layvons lips meet mine. Kissing each other with such passion it felt as though I would burst. He slide my shirt upon the floor then the rest of my cloths came after. I was exposed for him to see. I slide my hands through my dark blonde hair. My eyes finally meeting his as he stood before me.

"My Dear sweet Lena, you're eyes sparkle like they are emeralds. You're skin as soft as a rose petal. You are of true beauty my love"

He then pushed me onto the bed. His body covering mine. His lips feeling gliding over my quivering skin. His face met mine. He kissed my lips and moved to my ear. Then I heard a whisper escape his lips," With me you shall always be my dear sweet beautiful Lena now and in death."

Suddenly I feel a sharp pain in my neck that turned into absolute delight. A moan escaped my lips. I did not fight it. I gave into Layvon. He drained the life out of my veins. He and I were now one. He stopped and slipped his fingers over my lips.

"You will now sleep my love"

The words barely out of his mouth I slipped into a deep sleep.

I awoke to interesting dreams of blood, death, and romance.

I rolled over to find Layvon looking at me with a smile on his face

"Good Evening my Love."

I smiled. " Good Evening darling."

"I trust you slept well?"

I rubbed my eyes "I did."

"Excellent. Now I am sure you are famished. There are some cloths for you on the chair. When you are dressed please find your way to the dining room," with that he was gone.

I walked over to the chair and took the cloths into my hands. A velvet renaissance dress in blood red and black trim occupied my hands. It was breath takingly beautiful. I dressed myself, fixed my hair and seeked out to find the dining room.

I stumbled upon the Dining room. A long dark wooden table with huge chairs sit in the very center of it. Long velvet drapes flowed over the windows. A chandelier above the table made the glow look heavenly. Layvon sat at the head of the table with his hands folded. He stood and motioned to her to be seated. She sat to his left. A delicious dinner sat infonet of us.

"Eat my love" he said with a smile.

I began to eat. The food tasted odd. A weird expression came across my face.

Layvon smiled again "It is of new taste my love. You will love it in due time. Now eat."

I looked down at the steak. Blood flowed freely from it. My mouth started to fill with liquid as I salivated. I ravaged my dinner. Drinking the red liquid that my chalice held. I wasn't sure what it was but, it was the best drink I have ever tasted. Every time the liquid crashed into my lips I could not help but let out a moan of delight.

With each passing night I noticed more and more things about me changing. I could not see myself in mirrors, my skin was very pale, my eyes were a clear green, my hair shinned as though it was touched with a layer of diamonds. I knew I was a vampire. Everything lead up to that. Which also explained what Layvon had ment the night he brought me to his home. I have not left here. Expect with him to feed. I was extremely happy in death with Layvon. Immortality being everything I ever expected it to be. Pure beauty. The night held such desire and promises I never noticed when I was mortal. The sound the breeze made when it blew near your ear, the smells of the earth as your senses catch every flower and true aroma. I knew the beauty of the night. For that I am thankful. I know in time Layvon and I will have to separate. After all we can't stay together forever or in death. It will start to look to obvious that there is something not quite right with us. I am nervous of that time. I know the way to live and how to live being a vampire, but being alone scares me. But, until that time I shall live as though each day is my last even though I will never have a last day. When the time comes to start a new life I will. I will always remember my creator though. For he is my one and only true love along with the night.....

I fuckin hate the existance of you

I fuckin hate the thought of you

I fuckin hate the way you cross my mind

I fuckin hate the way you waste my time

I fuckin hate the way you effect my life

I fuckin hate the air that you breathe

I fuckin hate the way when I look at you I want to heave

I fuckin hate the way you are around

I fuckin hate you with every sound

I wish you and I have never met

Then I wouldnt have any regret

I regret the time I spent with you

I regret the time I thought of you

With every amount of air that I breath

Demise for you is all I will ever see
