Having to hide behind the small-mindedness of others

18:19 Feb 07 2024
Times Read: 103

It makes me really mad how small minded the whole society is where I come from. Also people around me, mostly the older are too stubborn to accept a different mind. This spring it finally happens, the country where I live finally legalizes it. Who of you readers who have a similiar mindset like me, could understand what I mean by it. So but these people who are straight against it, are mostly these who never have tried it either. They build their opinion out of the mainstream. So now here I am: I told my relatives my next project what I will do to join in a new kind of business in the future. [You can guess what job it is] I told them about the online course i'll absolve. They stared on me with shaked heads and began to discuse about the topic with me, what bad this stuff is and all the superficial arguments against it you all know. All those askance looks on me I have to feel from people who nips at the same time on their alcoholic drinks. And that isn't a upfucked drug what you drink in front of me?? Only because alcohol is social accepted, other minded people have to shame?? Maybe the next step from the governing must be to put alcohol on the list of forbidden substances, then I shake my head about you, how would you feel then?? But gossip about friends of the green like me. It makes me really mad how small minded the whole society is where I come from or probably in most countrys of the whole world. Also people around me, mostly the older are too stubborn to accept a different mind. This spring it finally happens, the country where I live finally legalizes it. But gossip about friends of the green like me. This lack of acceptance of the society we live in, you are not taken seriously and put in a drawer. And this whole political correctness thing that we have now is annoying, you shouldn't discriminate against minorities, but if that only applies to alternative genders and races, what's the point if other minorities are excluded from it? I think especially the vampires here know what it's like to have to hide behind a mask in public. Because otherwise they would point the finger at you ...

Don't worry yourself about those that can't think bigger.. Find those that do and let your mind soar.
Stifling oneself for others is a waste of time.
