murder. yes that's the subject today.



Do you believe murder is a crime? do you believe death penalty is a crime also if the first one is a yes?



There are many factors of murder how and why it's committed.

If you just grabbed a knife and stabbed someone.

If you bought a gun or a shotgun and went on killing spree or simply just shot certain person or people that set the trigger of the stressor? or self defense cause your threat was coming at you with very visible intent to kill you.

or simply out of rage and decided to use others as surrogates till you get the real intended target? or just money and business like mobsters and underground world of drugs, prostitution, and other going on? soldier in war? or while when they are back with a strong post traumatic stress disorders, abusive law enforcement, mercenaries, assassins paid, hell knows. I say anything can be a crime. but do we know what is the real reason behind every kill? If the person is just sick like ptsd (post traumatic stress disorder) being a sociopath but again not all sociopaths are killers or going for it. psychopaths? some does not mind killing and enjoy every second of it and torturing the person before and after the kill. Other psychopaths are still at the beginning and still trying and testing which is best way to kill and torture the person. Some just kill only. It arouses them sexually or just surrogacy of sex release. then yes that is a crime to everyone's eyes not morally or cause law knows it but it's just wrong in this category of life.



Some of them are narcissistic and want to show and brag their art publicly and even sales to mock the law or just want to see the art on the news and the expression of others and there is the quiet ones.

There is arson type, burning the buildings with people inside or burning people alone and see it from vicinity to hear the screams and smell the skin and blood like a burning pig.

There are those that are bombers. They use people as bombs. attach a bomb vest to a person that explode the person to bits alone or send it to a building full of people or just put c4 in to place and BOOM! and so many ways to explode buildings with people that is known terrorism. terrorism cause it inflict terror on the humans and the government itself. that is crime but what is the reason behind it? what if you want to kill the witnesses or one witness? what if it's a revenge? retaliation is as much the same. what if it's a religious or country folks or civil war? what is just to be calling for attention to give a message? which is which?

If there is a piece of bread only and you are blocked with 2 or more people in a room and you are hungry. All of you are and been stuck there for a week or two then? Yes I would kill. kill or be killed or die in starvation? or someone put you in a place with no way out with 2 people close to you? and even if not close but you know or perfect strangers? and said to get out you must kill them or him/her so you can be free? Then would you kill? or be killed? If you kill, will that be considered as murder?



If you had to kill a stalker or a rapist or another killer just so you don't want to face the perpetrator again would you kill? would it be a murder?

many were accused and many were not given a chance to say why they did it. cause you killed a man who beaten you up every now and then it's called a crime and put to jail. killed someone cause you were raped and did nor want to see it again on you or others and get arrested is the same and the list goes on.

going on the psychotic break and killing spree is happening instead of shooting you dead or put you to jail, why they don't study you clinically and see if you needs meds and long term therapy sessions instead. no they just want to shoot their guns, use their badges and throw toy to jail if you were not dead.

not every murder is a crime.

but if you kill a fucking animal or a child just cause you don't like animals or children or simply to arouse you its just beyond sickness to me and fuck yeah if I will kill you myself. specially if you hurt an animal.

Interesting P.O.V.



This my own personal belief system: Life, any life is to precious to take. When it comes to the death penalty, the executioner becomes the murderer and is there for no better. Where is the justice in that? I also don't believe in a system where tax payers shell out hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep these scum bags alive.



There are two many categories to those who have taken away precious lives: Those who can be redeemed and those who can not be saved and there for may never server a usefull purpose in society.



I say send the scum bags to some Artic Island, a prison island of ice, a frozen waste land. Leave them to their own devices.

What's the point of doing sex if you don't feel ready to go for it? many teenagers today lie to the girls or guys to fit in the clique in order to be left out. oddballs. understanble.

But is it really worth it? Is it really worth having sex when you are not even ready? or doing it with someone who don't even respect you? Not love. There is no need love in sex. but respect to yourself and partner and mutual on both sides bring awesome sex. don't you agree?

Having sex with just being pretentious to be someone is just cliché. nonsense. why have sex when your body is not ready?

Your mind can be fooled if you say it too many times enough to believe it and same for the heart. but the body never lies. when your body is ready to mate or just fun time sex it will give signs on its own. pheromone and testosterone are high so so high enough to cause a blasting passionate storm on its own. its all about the chemistry. If your body feels it and wants it and won't stop at nothing then you are ready. even if you don't want it in heart. The body won't lie. but then it's up to you to take responsibility and control.



don't you think so too? write a letter if you agree. and even if you don't.

life has taught me many things in life. But the more I fight the more I get slapped back. I wonder what if I stop fighting and just go with the flow? would that be easy or harder? easy cause am following things by the book or rules as they call it or harder because that would not be me?

being slapped cold is like being thrown in to the freezing water and neutralised your ability to swim for survival or like a shock to take up and look things clearly? many doubts and many questions runs in to my head.

I was born a fighter but that time I was still a baby with no idea what fighting is. A baby with nothing but obligations to follow even if life slapped me. But then I started to fight and follow what my mind tells me to do. now that I am tured wish I could stop for a while and see what happens. when I never fought I was not happy. I was sad and lonely. when I fought I was the same. I wonder what is the real aspect of life? which one to follow? heart had been dead long time ago. my mind is frozen to make any attempt but not frozen enough to question things. But frozen in taking answers. out there is anyone that can break the ice so I can swim again and be able to look for the answers?

Good morning pen pals from all over the world. how are you today? What are you up to? moi in bed trying to get better. no serious thing in doctors eyes but for me it is since it rendered me weak to walk. I hope to get better soon. I can't wait to go out with my pencil case and 2 sketch books. One for drawing and sketching and the other is my journal. I always carry heavy stuff. I like to draw, cut and paste pictures or stamps or whatever I come across. It revives me. staying always home does not. socialising here with other maltese people won't help me. They don't understand the art and my point of view, perspective eye. I always get in trouble when I socialise haha.
