I too, will be joining Dakotah on the no smoking wagon; I had fallen off these past few weeks with everything I have been dealing with, but it's time to stop and not let it control me.
The difference is I will likely resort back to vaping, at least temporarily, because unlike Dakotah, by default I am a chimney smoker; so I will need something more to help me at first.
I just smoked my last cigarette, and am currently waiting on the arrival of a juice called "Treviso Tiramisu". YUM!
We got this. Together we are strong. I made a spot in my journal #Quit Smoking. Tomorrow when I wake up I will be going cold turkey. I will be posting tips I find and my progress and I hope or invite you to post your progress to in the section.
Batman vs. Lolita?

Am I the only one who has noticed that both Batman-related movies released this year contain quotes from Vladimir Nabokov's Lolita?
In Batman vs. Superman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor quotes, "Plain Lo in the morning, Lola in slacks"; then in Suicide Squad, Jared Leto as The Joker refers to Harley Quinn as saying, "Fire of my loins".
These are both quotes from the beginning of the infamous Lolita; as the legendary story begins:
"Lolita, light of my life, fire of my loins. My sin, my soul. Lo-lee-ta: the tip of the tongue taking a trip of three steps down the palate to tap, at three, on the teeth. Lo. Lee. Ta. She was Lo, plain Lo, in the morning, standing four feet ten in one sock. She was Lola in slacks. She was Dolly at school. She was Dolores on the dotted line. But in my arms she was always Lolita."
- Vladimir Nabokov, Lolita
How anyone can draw a correlation between DC Comics and Lolita is beyond me, but considering my love of both, I guess I shouldn't complain; this is kind of awesome.
