I have looked upon society as a whole today and once again saw what I saw before people... moving about in packs or herds, Mindless really of what is around them...how many times have I heard some one say that man is king of beasts...the funny thing to that is most seem to focus on the king part of that... they never seem remember the last half.. they are still beasts ... cats dogs and so many other creatures fight over territory, or food .. is man so different... I think not. The only difference I see is that the other beasts only harm each other... man.. well they destroy not only each other .. but their environment it is quite sad really.
I find myself remembering one of the quotes I once read... it was written by Lord Byron I believe....
What is the worst of woes that wait on age? What stamps the wrinkle deeper on the brow? To view each loved one blotted from life's page, And be alone on earth, as I am now.
As I move through time and life I find myself meeting new people only to inevitably say good bye to them in the end.. Though in the end I guess its the time we spend with those people that matters... its in our minds .. that they live on.

you can count on your friends to be there for as long as they are able, whether they spend forever with you, or a passing moment.
