- Sleep is important.

- Diet is also important.

- Drink enough water.

- Don't be afraid to change.

- Be willing to let your ideas, ideals and theories evolves over time, when presented with new evidence.

- Don't be afraid to believe - just be prepared to have your belief tested.

- Sometimes you are wrong.

- Sometimes you aren't.

- Sometimes you can't tell the difference.

- There is always balance.

- Be grateful; you don't realise the value of what you have until it's gone.
