He knows the password he put it was correct...
Proceeded to request through the system to have the password sent to his e-mail, and nothing has come in....
Any advice on what we could do to remedy this?
I bought him a month's membership as well.. seems like an awful waste if he can't even use it.. =-(

Have him check his spam folder, also if he tried it multiple times it will lock it out and he will have to wait 10 minutes.
