Ok i know it is Easter day and that it is the day to be giving kids chocolate and letting them run around but i really am pissed off that some parents allow a toddler as young as 3 walk from thier house which is less than 2 mins from mine walk down a street with no shoes on.

They are not even aware he has walked out of the house and down the street.

This would be the same kid that last year actually walked into my house when my front door was closed over but i had left unlocked for my eldest to walk in as and when needed to.

Some parents need a good smack before spreading their genes about and spitting out miniture people who they clearly dont give a shit about.
