Last night, LordV cuddles up to me. I look over at him and he looks up at me, with his big blue eyes and asks me, "Any dessert for tonight?"

So, I go and find a recipe and whip it up. Didn't take any time at all, 5 min prep and 30 in the fridge. He loves it, but he requests crunchy peanut butter next time. Basically, it tastes like a Reese's peanut butter cup in a glass. Its so easy, even kids can make it. *Pssst, has less calories than a peanut butter cup!!*

Jell-o Chocolate Peanut butter Parfaits

3 Tbsp. milk

3 Tbsp. peanut butter

1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

ADD milk gradually to peanut butter in medium bowl, stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Add whipped topping; stir until well blended. Set aside.

PREPARE pudding as directed on package. Spoon half of the pudding evenly into six parfait glasses; top with peanut butter mixture. Cover with remaining pudding.

REFRIGERATE at least 30 min. or until ready to serve. Store any leftover desserts in refrigerator.

LordV had off yesterday, so as we were vegging out, after breakfast. I noticed he looked outside, then he went upstairs.

He came down, dressed.

"You going out?"

"Yup."

"Your leaving me?"

"Nope."

"Where are you going?"

"Out."

"You aren't going to tell me?"

"Its a surprise."

"Can I come with you?"

"Of course, it wouldn't be much of a surprise if you didn't."

Can you tell I live with a wiseass? lol. So, I went and got dressed and we were out the door and headed into Portland, Oregon. I noticed the signs for the Oregon Zoo and teased him, that he needed to tell me to close my eyes lol.

We had a good time, although my MS was recking havoc on one of the top of my feet. We got lost several times in the zoo, unable to follow their maps, but most of the time, we simply wandered.

We first went into a huge bird cage, where I bought a cup of nectar, to see if a bird would eat from my hand.

At one point, I had 4 on my arms and I was telling the birds, to not fight. lol.

As we roamed, we came across a kitty kitty....

We then watched a Giraffe for a bit...

Now for the new baby of the zoo. His name is Sam, his mother is Rose-Tu, seen here. The elephant not facing the camera, is the Matriarch Shine.

We decided, due to my foot bothering me, to take a train ride around the zoo. It was nice, leaning against LordV, snuggling, watching the scenery and animals.

We had lunch before leaving the zoo and later that night, we went to Olive Garden. And Yes, we actually paid for dinner.

Throughout the day...we were snuggling, kissing and just enjoying each other. I hope that I always have days like this to remember.

LordV entered us into a Contest, with the Oregon Humane Society. The contest was to raise funds for it and to look for some new "models" for their magazine. So, with a $5 per entry, we each submitted 3 photos, of our pets.

These are the 3 we picked to send in for me:

I got an email, inviting me to the revealing, to find out what photo, won, for what catagory.

Here is how it breaks down:

The top prize winners will be featured in the OHS quarterly magazine and receive prizes and gift cards from Pro Photo Supply and Canon.

Categories are: Grand Prize (the best of all entries), Dog Photo, Cat Photo, Other Animal Photo, Funniest Photo, Child with Pet, Me & My Pet, and Editor’s Choice.

Prizes:

The Grand Prize winner will receive a Canon Rebel XSi Digital SLR Camera with 18-55mm lens from Pro Photo Supply.

The winners of the best dog, cat and other animal photos each get a $100 gift card to Pro Photo Supply.

Winners of the remaining categories receive a $50 gift card.

Who knows. I know that whatever I win, I will be happy. I will learn the verdict, on June 24th. Wish me luck.

So.....which one do you think won?

Yet another compliment out of the blue, from a stranger...

"I love the background, its beautiful. Very nice indeed, it goes well with the color tones you have in play on your profile. Oh and while I'm at it let me thank you for all your hard work, time and dedication to the site to make it such a wonder for me and others to behold. I found your covens profile help page most helpful when trying to figure out the way some of the codes here differ from standard code."

After thanking him, he continued....

"Well ~grins~ my pleasure. I was just being honest. I think you are a gem already just because you desire to help others and then took it a step further and actually did it."

Thank you!!

One of the things that I find funny about our relationship, is when we go out to eat. Ever since LordV and I started dating, when we have gone out to eat, we sometimes get our food free. I generally have a simple complaint, that I bring to the attention of my server or manager and boom.....free meal.

Now those that know me, know that I don't have the ability to be evil or mean spirited. I will simply point out things, such as not getting our appetizers, or the food taking too long, or our desserts not coming out or it taking 15 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge us at a table. I will say it in a very friendly, upbeat manner, with alot of smiling. I will nod my head at their excuses and that's it. I don't expect anything, I am simply pointing out what was lacking in the service.

Last night, LordV and I went to Olive Garden. He had gotten some gift cards for his birthday and we decided to use them. We both ordered the Tour of Italy, that comes with Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parmigiana. So, we got our salad and our bread and waited. Our server came out and informed us, that she was out of Lasagna and offered some replacements. So, we chose the Manicotti and waited.

Our server apologized profusely, for the delay in getting our dinner to us. (45 minutes from when the salad arrived) She took it upon herself to go to her manager, to get our meal comped. We didn't say anything....we didn't complain other than to each other. Once she left, telling us that our meal was free, LordV looked at me and just started laughing.

"For Once, Just Once, I would like to take you out to dinner and actually PAY FOR IT!!!"

We giggled for the rest of the night about it. I think I'm up to 5 free meals so far, in the 2 years I have been with him.

But so you know, we're not so accommodating out here .. you'd be lucky with an apology if you complain!

Yeah, and if you DO complain in the UK and send food back, you have to check the returned plate for globules of unidentified substances which weren't there before...

That is sooo true. Quite a few years ago I had a disagreement in the restaurant because of poor food!

They had to pay for a new window and I got a free meal, the meal was around the Police Station...still it felg good at the time.

I think I need to come out with you guys

Jeeze! I wish I was so lucky. Whenever I go out to eat and complain...just like you do...they never comp the meal. They just say, "I'm terribly sorry," and then I gotta pay! People out there must be nicer than people out here.

*shakes her head* Masters.....heads up.

Ok folks, let me give you a hint.

Yes, Cancer has placed a 30 day leeway period.

If you self delete, it will be totally deleted in 30 days. But within those 30 days, you have the ability to get your profile back, by sending a note to Cancer.

BUT...

Do not think, that self deleting, because you are suspended by a Sentoran, or blinded by your Coven Master, will fix these problems.

I recommend to all Coven and House Masters, to keep a person blinded, even if they show as

"No such User" for at least 30 days. I recently had one of my blinded members try this. Hehehe, didn't work!!

I know of several that have self deleted, because I have suspended them, only to be revived days later. I am still going to come back and suspend you again....so why not just fix the problem in the first place.
