I've just returned from a 30-minute walk around my neighborhood with my Grandson and Bandit.

I thought I'd give the young couple a break from my Grandson.

His Mom discovered from his Bio-Father's Mom that his Bio-Father was diagnosed with a number of Mental Health issues which now explains soooo much about my Grandson's behaviour.

However, he does really well with Grandpa.

Well, I have 2 videos to edit and publish today since I failed to post Tuesday's video and now I have Wed's video to edit and publish as well.

But first, food and a Sauna Sesh!

So on the one night I take off from recording a small portion of my Spiritual Path of MOGYOLOGY which is also the Digital portion of my Book of Shadows, I'm lying here on my Cal-King Bed with a portable fan blowing on me having just completed my 3rd Sauna Sesh Treatment of the day which includes Meditation, Light Therapy, Music Therapy, and Medicating with Cannabis, pondering which activity do I wish to partake in to cover the period of time I would have been recording?
