This spell is for helping to heal illness, pain and negativity.



You Will Need:

1 Chicken Egg (Free Range, white and unfertile)

A Permanent Marker

A Paper Bag

The Spell:



This ritual is best performed on a new moon.



Let the egg sit at room temperature for half an hour before you start.



Remove your clothing and carefully roll the egg over your body, starting at your feet. You do not have to hit every body part, but start low and end at the top of your head.



If you hurt more in one particular area, spend more time rolling the egg there. You might want to do this sitting on the floor or on your bed. Take your time. Think of the egg as if it were a sponge, soaking up all the pain or illness in your body.



Understand that even if you do not know why or how you became ill, your body does. Acknowledge that your body created this dis-ease and can take it away as well.



Ask your body to reverse the steps it used to bring about the pain and discomfort. Be assertive; your body listens to every word you say.



When you are done, take the permanent marker and write the following onto the egg:



"I (Your Name), release this pain.

It is no longer part of me.

I return the energy to mother earth.

Now I am healed"



You will have to write pretty small. Put the egg into the paper bag to dispose of in a rubbish bin far away from your home.

When you are ready to throw the egg away, crush it inside the bag first, and then toss it.

Lavender -- wear Lavendar to relax, especially in high stress situations. Use in magical workings involving the intellect , soothe erratic energy , and cause inner beauty to radiate.



Mauve -- this coloor will gain confidence from those around you . It also works in efforts that deal with intuition , self-trust and self-confidence.



Orange -- this color will ease the blahs and increase personal motivation. Use in attraction rituals and in efferts that involve achieving positive results on academic , tests , business projectsa and proposals.



Peach -- wearing Peach others will view you as being non-threatening in their lives. Magical efforts include kindness , gentleness , sympathy , empathy and well-being.



Pink -- pink brings out self love and helps you be your own best friend. Use spellworking dealing in romantic love , friendship and harmany.



Purple -- to gain respect from others. Good color for job interviews. Use in rituals involving spitituality , mental ability as well as psychic ability. Use to invoke Akasha Element.



Red -- wear red when you want to take charge os a difficult situation. Use magically in activity , passion , sexual desire , vitality , strength , and energy. Use to invoke the Fire Element or the Mother.



Silver -- wear silver to reduce inner turmil and attain a peaceful state of mind. A Silver candle is used to represent the Goddess.



Teal -- Teal balances the Human nature with the Spiritual self. Use it for workings dealing getting a handle on practical matters , making decisions , and achieving balance or achieving trust.
