It's that time of year again

It's that wonderful season of autumn

Bringing with it those wonderful sights, smells, sounds, and memories



The air gets a little crisper, bringing a slight chill

The colors are in abundance everywhere from the bright orange of the pumpkin harvest to the leaves turning colors of deep reds, bright yellows, and sunburst orange



The smells of the season fill the air, campfires burning in the cool autumn night, the smell of fresh apples hanging from the trees

The smells of autumn baking, fresh made pies and freshly baked cookies



The sound of rustling dried leaves as they are tread upon, the light howl of the wind as it blows by



Memories of younger years come flooding back, remembering simpler times, memories of hay rides, trick or treating, eating that freshly dipped caramel apple, and playing in the fallen leaves



This time of the year reminds us the Halloween is right around the corner, a time for laughing, a time for treats, a time for little tricks, a time for friends, and just simply a time for fun
