I love the changing weather.
Just finished getting some major study time it. I'm exhausted...
A day without laughter is a day wasted? I just wasted yesterday then.
Oh, well.
I'm just trying to the best of what I have. It's like that cliched lemon quote.
Embarrassing skin condition with no cure? At least I can hide it.
Bad eyesight? Stylish glasses.
Crazy family? They love me the way I am...most of the time, I think.
Tomorrow will be better.
Do I actually know this for sure? No, but I'm willing to believe it.
My mom is not talking to my younger sister because she got a tattoo on her shoulder of her middle name that swirls and a purple star. I don't understand the anger but, for once, I'm not the reason for it.

I understand the anger (for a brief time but she'll just have to get over it). What I don't understand is the insanity of "the silent treatment." Better to vent, get it off her mind & move on. The tattoo is there to stay. Presumably she loves her daughter so ultimately there is no other option than to love & accept. It's just ink after all.
Something that amuses me: Post a politically incorrect comment as your status on facebook. Let the battle between your friends begin. Do not comment. Just watch. It's amusing to me. I have an odd sense of humor. Being able to pop the bubbles on bubble wrap one-by-one also amuses me, ok?
It only two weeks into the start of my internship and I hate my boss.
Once, I asked her if I completed her form right. She asks, "What do you think?"
I said, "I think its fine, but I wanted to make sure." Then she says "Well, that's the question I ask my kids whenever they ask me that question." Then she gives me this unpleasant scowl-like facial expression.
What I wanted to say: "I'm not your child. When I ask you if something is right answer yes or no because my work also represents your company and if its wrong we look bad."
On another instance, she gives me a to do list. I tell her to wait so that I may write it down. As I'm writing I say what I remember so she can tell me if I forgot something. She stays quiet. Well, I must have forgot something because the next day she ask if I signed us up for a job fair. I told her no, and then I preceded to signing us up. We were put on the waiting list for the job fair. Then my boss goes "Well, if you would have signed us up yesterday maybe we wouldn't be on the waiting list."
Why hadn't she signed us up?
Another thing that bothers me is that when we meet she stays on the phone most of the time. Then she makes up an excuse, like forgetting her laptop cord, to leave for hours. She does not live hours away. What is taking her so long all of the time? I don't want to come to work to sit around and do nothing while your off doing whatever it is you do. From now on, I'm bringing my homework with me. If she has a problem with that, I do not care.
I can go on and on about the ways she has become unbearable to be around.
