The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Today, I ate the world's second hottest pepper, the ghost pepper. (It was the world's hottest until 2008.) First, you don't feel it. Then, a minute or so later, it starts to get hot. It does not stop getting hot. The burn increases until it is no longer a burn but an intense pain that causes your eyes to water. Finally, after all of the suffering that milk only temporarily cures until you swallow, your mouth becomes numb. I ate more pepper after that but could not even feel it. What an experience! I think I'm ready to take on the world's hottest, the scorpion pepper, when I get the chance. :)

My brain is mush. I've been studying all day.

Classes start tomorrow.

I wish they weren't.

Classes start in a week. I'm already sad.

Politics give me a headache.

Romney is not as terrible as Palin but I don't like what he has planned. Eliminate health care? You can't think of any other policy to edit or eliminate?

I don't know how good a job Obama is doing but our economy needs a giant bandaid, some antibacterial spray, and time to heal.

I don't trust politicians, in general, but someone needs to do something. I mean they should stop talking and start doing anything they think will help. To me, it feels as if progress is at a stand still.

Ever feel out of place at a family event?

If Greenland were to melt, the ocean would rise 7 meters. My home will basically be underwater. The polar ice caps are already going. Global warming depresses me when I think about it.

Global warming is a normal part of the Earth and has been going on for like 10,000 years (we're coming out of an ice age).



We might be able to slow it down but one day all the ice will be gone and after that it will come back and place 1/4 of Earth under a mile of ice.

My dad told me not to hang up bags to take out the recyclables anymore. I asked why. He gave me the you're over 18 and on your way to being put out speech. He wants me to walk back and forth all day to take them out.

I'm just going to hang my bag in a more inconspicuous location.

I really don't think I'll get put out over a stupid bag.

So yesterday our family ate dinner together, and through the middle my mom turns on the TV to watch her show.

We were relatively quiet with the exception of my whining nephew and the noises that come from cleaning dishes.

Now today she is angry for "not being able to hear her show." Does she need a hearing aid? How did she not hear? I definitely heard. The TV volume was very loud. Our neighbors probably heard it too. In the middle of playing the Wii in the basement- a place where she usually never goes- she turns the volume down to 0 for her revenge. I turned it back up. She basically called me disrespectful and she's plotting another revenge- she told me she was. At least I'm not petty and spiteful.

I need to find a new place to live and soon.

Sounds like my family and yours are alot like. Good luck. I have tried not being petty and spiteful but with mine it seems like they button push harder when given no reaction. React and they leave you alone. I hope you have better luck with it.
