Let's compare these two images, shall we. I need not say any more. LOL :)
Well, after 13 sessions of therapy so far, I've regained much of my flexibility. I still must slowly strengthen my arm so that once released I can function pretty much close to what I used to. I enjoy the therapy and wish it lasted longer, because I really want to get this past me, for it takes much of my valuable time and so I find myself having other tasks pile up. Part of it is because of the 1½ hours of therapy, but mainly because after the therapy I get so fatigued that I just want to sit or lay and just veg out. I know I have lots of stuff to do, but I decided to put it all off because I need to rest...
All in all, I do see progress being made with my arm. Soon I will be almost like new, and function like a regular human being again.
I am tempted to purchase a small weight set for myself, but am holding off, because there are other things that I can lift around here which would achieve the same result. But the idea of having a barbell and some dumbbells would come in handy if I wanted to increase or decrease the weight I am lifting. We'll see.
I just have to be careful not to re-injure myself. :)

that's right, it wouldn't have happened in this timeline. However, I like it for it's positive message of equality. :)
