Well, it's about time I wrote about my arm again. I haven't had time as of late to keep everyone updated, but I thought I'd do it now.
I have one more week in which I MUST wear a brace to work and at night. After next Friday the brace comes off and I will continue to stretch my tendons and muscles as I would like to regain my flexibility as much as possible. Being it my right arm and me being right-handed, the more I regain the better I can perform my tasks of olde. :)
I've been told that I cannot lift any weight with that arm until June. I must've heard it wrong, because I thought I could be able to start lifting small weights once my brace came off. Oh well. Guess I will have to wait, doc's orders.
So for now I will sit with a heating pad on my elbow to help loosen the muscle so I can stretch it out and twist it. Mainly twisting, because that's where the most noticeable movement deficit is. If I don't get that movement back, then I'll end up like my dad who couldn't bring a fork or spoon to his mouth properly. I'd hate to have that happen to me. :) Although the old adage 'Like father, like son' may seem fitting, in this case I'd consider it a curse. lol
Anyhow, I am making good progress and just have to endure the remaining physical therapy until June.

Glad to hear that you are getting better and that the arm is healing well. Do as the doc's tell you to do. Take care hun. :)
