Danny's on vacation this week. He doesn't quite know what to do with himself. They actually called him in last night 'cause they couldn't do what they have him do alone, so he had to go in.



So we went shopping today, and back home. Before that, we were watching all the tornadoes all over today! Wow, again. There were only 16 this time, but some wicked footage. I wanted to go chase it but this time not enough gas to waste. = That's what I was told anyway. Well, ok, so we went shopping. Fair trade. Ha.



Friday is our wedding anniversary. We were married in 1993. Together in 1991. We celebrate both. ;) Twice the gifts. :P We are going to the Aquarium, staying at a really nice hotel. I got a great deal from priceline.com. Yes, I sound like a commercial. But it's cool, 'cause we got the expensive hotel at half the price. Whew. Just hope it doesn't rain. It's not supposed to. =)

Yesterday I sat on the swing in the yard. It was the first day that didn't see rain, in well over a week. The wind was blowing though and it made it chilly. It made my ears hurt. But while I sat in the sun, I was warm. Ah, sun on my skin...vitamin d!



Danny was mowing the lawn and the smell of fresh cut grass was in the air. Nice. I also noticed he accidently mowed over the plant we spoke about for 10 minutes the night before, saying how it needs to be avoided in the mow. *sigh*



Tonight, storms are supposed to come back and tomorrow, severe weather is to come back. Last severe weather was last week and Oklahoma had 26-30 tornaodes in a 3 hour period. Last Sunday, there was hail the size of tennis balls to soft balls, destroying everything and even 5 feet hail drifts, in OKC. I've seen softball sized hail here before but not drifts like that. Odd.

Crazy huh? We had more tornadoes all over the state today again. This time it was a mere 16. Ha. But there were some big ones. Went through Stillwater they were saying, headed right for OSU campus, but didn't hear what happened after that. Been all over TV though today and night. You know how that is. ;)
