Hello I just started walking again after 4 months without walking. I has been hurting but my doctor said use a cane to help with learn how to walk again.
Today is my boyfriend and I anniversary. We been together for 1 month witch I know that not seem lot but this past month I think we both grew lot. In love , trust , peace , and more in ourselves. This I know for a fact this has been the best month of my life So I want to take this and say Thank You To Him
this is the 3rd night I have not been able to fall asleep on. My mind is filled with questions. I feel like something is changing inside of me. I do not understand anyways I am craving food so ya
The last few nights there has been thunder storms so I just want to say I love the rain and thunder even lightning They are beautiful in my eyes. pure and wonderful gifts from the sky.
It is 1:29am here and I can not sleep at all this happened last night too and my mom dose not let me sleep during the day so I am stuck here. I hope everyone else has a goodnight or morning or whatever

electronic devices's screen cause your melantonin production to not be release it causes it to be delayed for at least 2 hours after you stop watching a screen.
The melantonine is what makes you sleep, its the normal hormone your body produce that tells it : its time to sleep, each time you check back on a screen ( phone, computer, tablet, tv etch) you push that delay for 2 hours, making you stay awake for 2 more hours.
Reading a book on a paper book, is not a screen so that wont delay your sleep and will not affect it, if you wish to read something, just don't read via an electronic device

I barley gotten sleep for a while so I will leave more early tonight and try to sleep
