This will be interesting, to say the least. I spent about 2 -3 hours viewing the members' profiles to get a feel for the coven and rate them.

I received several warm greetings. I must admit that some of the members cause me some concern, but it is minimal at best. I hope that I fit in and do not cause them any embarrassment.

I am an honorable person and take my loyalty - when it is set on who and what I believe is right - seriously.

When I read many of the profiles here, I see many words of friendship and protection...the ones that make me laugh are the ones that state 'if you say anything bad about or hurt so-and-so, I will hunt you down and kill you...' blah, blah, blah...

I do not have to state the obvious...I know that if I were ever in a bind, I could count on Honeybeesknees to take care of the problem.

And as far as her needing protection, I scoff at the idea - she is perfectly capable of taking care of herself.

As a matter-of-fact, she quite enjoys her profession as a contract killer. How many of us are in love with our jobs?





6/16/08: And like a bolt of lightning, the Bee is gone...too chic and busy for the Rave, I guess. LOL!

I must say that I am baffled by Vampire Rave's rating system...even though my profile is under construction, I have been rated everything from a 1 ( low) to a 10 ( high)...???

This just does not make sense to me: while I can understand that some here are being friendly with the 10's - some to get 10's back - I fail to understand why my profile is being rated at all...IT IS NOT COMPLETE YET! Would it not make sense to look at a profile and not rate it at all until it is completed?

Like humans, Vampires and Lycans do not make much sense to me.

As this shouldn't be part of Isis' diary, I also moved this entry to odds and ends:

While my intuitive powers have grown over the centuries, my skills in modern technology are a big fat zero...It will take me forever to mold my profile the way I see fit...let alone do the basics. I 'suck' in more ways than one.

Hey AYW...

I have two suggestions for the proflie pages, and it was suggested that I ask you - maybe you can forward them to Cancer?



1. In the Personal column, the Clear Journal selection should be in the journals; it's to easy to make a mistake and clear journals by accident where it is now!

2. the 'delete profile' selection on the main page should be further down from the rest of the stuff, and maybe highlighted...I've heard too many say that they deleted their profiles in error due to that selection being too close to other stuff their working on.

Okay...this is wierd: I made this request/suggestion for the Prince regarding 2 minor changes to the profile pages...in no way did I mean to insult or tell him how to run his website...the questions were legitimate to me, considering that I really am a computard and am afraid that I may erase all of the work I have done - here is the reply:

This is rediculous. Each of these sections has confirmations screens. Profile deletion requires that you input your password to proceed.





So...all of the pages have confirmation screens...that is good to know for a computard like myself. If I thought that my questions were ridiculous, I would not have posed them. Many apologies. And now I am part of his profile's collection of idiots who ask idiotic questions...great. The Prince seems to be irritated a lot...which is too bad really, as he has accomplished so much with this site - I would have expected a rather jolly fellow. But who am I? Only one of over 12,000 here - who will be sure to steer clear of the Prince!

In any case, at least I received some pertinent information along with the insult.

I know a CEO who treats his janitorial staff better...
