Well I had my surgery on thursday last. The surgery went fine and they fused my C4-5 discs in my neck so I have some new hardware in there. I look like a vampire had its way with my throat though! lol, that will heal eventually. I did find out the nerve damage was a little more extensive than they had thought pre op.

The deltoid (shoulder) muscle has atrophied due to the nerve being kinda mangled as it were, this being the case I have minimal use of my arm from the elbow up. I will know if it will come back sometime over the next 6 months to a year. Hopefully will get most of it back though.

Well that's the update so far. Now is just recovering from surgery. I have to be off work for a month. They gave me pretty good drugs lol so that helps anyway. Gives me time to play on the rave. I know I am soooo addicted.

These are some pics I took of scar this morning, 6 days post op. Really looks like a vamp had his/her (hehehe) way with me. Is as sore as it looks and hoping it heals quick!
