Saturdays are always really slow. We get maybe 5 people that come through. Because of that, they let whoever works bring their projects or books. I brought a sweater I'm working on and one of those paint with diamonds things.

Poorly written patterns are the bane of my existence. I just had to frog an entire slipper because it just wasn't adding up. Finally figured out what the writer meant. Lost a whole 3 hours of work though. ugh...

If any of you love to crochet I highly suggest this pattern. It's gorgeous! I'm waiting on more yarn to finish it but this is what I have so far. It's DK yarn from Deramores in Cream, Blush, Pecan, Tan, Mustard, Gold, and Navy, using a 4mm hook. My boyfriend found the pattern and asked me to make it for our room.

Getting rid of some scrap yarn and made a slouchy for a friend. No pattern. Just half double crochet till I ran out of the color then closed it up. ^_^
It's an adult hat but my daughter wanted to model it for me. lol
