My frustration is understandable ... but my behaviour/reaction should always remain professional.

There is always room for improvement.

Our skin tone and texture is very close... I agree, Brother and Sister. Oh make Lili show you here latest pics... So Beautiful!!!! I told her too I liked her hair short. It's grown back a lot from her chemo and filled in nicely. Though I love my Lili bald or not and either way she takes my breath away. You have not aged either. Only grown up, matured... from a girl to a woman.

3 days ... 2 phones calls and 45 mins later ... the 'guy' finally accepted my apology! I hate clearing up the mess my staff make!
Ruined my freaking week.

My staff screwed up big time ... and the 'guy' refused to accept the apology from my staff. He wanted the management to call him.
Obviously I was given the task to calm him down and apologize. He gave me such a hard time!

But hey! I managed to stop him from lodging a complaint.

But it is not over yet ... my boss wants to review the work process to prevent such staff errors.

I really want to scream at the staff .... but nooooooo!!!! I have to remain professional .... what the hell!

To produce a Service or Product, there is a Process.

A simply Process Improvement Review should discover the glitch in the process in order for it to be corrected.

Shit happens.

They hire and promote people such as yourself to help Manage the Process because thanks to Mr. Murphy's Law, the Principle of Yin Yang and the fact that Humans are involved in the Process, Shit Will Happen!

Staff is only one part of the Process.

Have a nice, calm, productive review with your boss.

It is very rare that we get a 4 day weekend ... So I am going to take the opportunity to rest and recuperate.
So that obviously means ... drama marathon ... accompanied by wonderful home cooked food ... and minor things that I always have been put off doing.

Things to do today :

Compete 1 Korean drama [Her Private Life] and 1 Chinese drama [Heavy Sweetness - Ash-like Frost].
Start new 1 Korean [Hotel Del Luna] and 1 Chinese drama [ Yet to decide].

Go through Pinterest for renovation ideas.
Start a design board for concepts and ideas [Modern - Minimalistic].

Clean up and maintain my handbags.
Transfer contents to a different bag.

Clean the prayer Altar.
Prepare the flowers garlands.

Sort the cloths for donation.

..... here we go!

Challenge accepted : You may have left the site … but never my thoughts. You taught me what it is to be in a pack … what being loved felt like. You gave me the name Cubby … because I was the runt of the pack. Doted on me and spoiled me. You let me run amok and cause chaos … watching from the side line like a proud father.

My happiest moments on VR were when you were around … I will never forget the fun and amazing times we shared together as a family. You were always protective. Didn’t let anyone hurt me. Whenever I was upset … your first time would be … “who am I ripping apart” … that immediately made me laugh and forget all my troubles.

You became the father I never had. Held my hand and walked me through my fears. Said “don’t worry … I will catch you when you fall” …

You recognised my achievements no matter how small and always encouraged me to strive higher. But you were also strict! No matter what … family comes first. Loyalty before anything! Taught me how to manage my anger and anxiety. Taught me how to adapt and survive.

I will never forget logging onto VR and finding a short and sweet message from you … about you leaving the site and asking me to behave myself. That you will no longer be able to protect me. That I had to brave and put into practice whatever you have taught me.

… I hope I have made you proud … I hope I have become the wolf you have always wanted me to be. A lady by birth … A beast by heart.

I will patiently and loyally wait … should we ever cross paths again … I want you to know that you are my first and only Alpha. FeverDreams … Cubby … has never … will never take another Alpha.
