Warning - Rare Soapbox Post - I wonder why it is that people have this great desire to kill things for trophies? I understand killing for food and for self defense....but I do NOT understand the need to kill for a trophy. I know many who make trophies out of the kill after preparing it for food and although I don't really like it much, I at least understand that food was first and trophy second. I just don't get the people who kill for no reason other than to say "Look at what I did."

My response....So What? You killed something that was minding it's own business and for no reason you took its life so you could be all big and bad? I don't think that is big and bad at all. I think that is small and cowardly to take the life of something for no reason and because you wanted to hang it on your wall.

Rant over. Steps off Soapbox.

FINALLY broke through the almost three month plateau of 84 pounds.

I have lost another 5 !!!! Total is 89.

December 13 is my one year surgiversary. I would like to make 100 by then. Wish me luck!!!
