I saw my doctor this morning and took care of paperwork. I have to handle annually. Before I saw the doctor the medical assistant did the typical check your pulse, blood pressure, temperature, weight etc. Omg did I gain weight? I'm just going to ignore the silly numbers. Now I know I need to start getting active. And stop eating crap like hot Cheetos and cake doughnuts. Now I'm thinking daily 10 miles bike rides alternating with 5 mile mountain preserve hikes every other morning. I think I'm going to set a goal. And keep at it.
