I stand out in the rain
Water trickling down my face
My clothes are soaked
But all I can do is giggle
Sometimes I lose my way
But regardless of who that girl, i appeared to be for a little while
You stay
It never comes out how I want it
Pretty illusions come and go
But pure truths stay, always
This is just something i wrote about a year ago, its nothing special but might as well express my creativity somewhere right?
Staring at all these blank walls
Tears of regret and failure, slide down my face
In this time, should I count my blessings?
Home is where I want to be
Where nothing changes
And be reminded, everyday
That I'm the luckiest girl in the world
Because you were there waiting for me
I use to be so invincible, when you were wrapped around my wrist
And the warm flame of pure feelings, melt.
Slowly dissolving into the wax
Home is where I want to be
Where nothing changes
And be reminded, everyday
That I'm the luckiest girl in the world
Because you were there waiting for me
