I was just starting to get used to being a site supervisor. Dealing with problems and situations that are arrising and I have no problem with that. But when my employees start to disrespect not only myself, my boss, or the other employees, that is when I have a huge problem with them. When the employee is trying to cause more problems then what she is worth the question is not a matter of should I replace her, but rather a question of how long before I get her the fuck away from my site.
